Nice campground for 1-2 nights. Woman at the office is very friendly and pleasant. Price is good. Loves being just a mile away is also a plus. Was able to fill up and grab a few things before pulling in so we are ready to go after our break in the trip. Will keep this spot on my favorites for a short rest.

This is our 7th stay in the past 5 years. Yes, it’s a stop over, but it’s so much more than that. We actually plan our trips so that we end up here on our way from Texas to Florida and back. It’s a unique park. So beautiful. And one of the best parts is Vonda. You can tell this park is her passion. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoy it!

great stop off of the freeway. Easy to mauveur through park with our 38' fifth wheel. Owner is sweet and considerate. will stop here again

Great overnight spot. Easy check in and friendly host. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here multiple times over the last three years. It’s a great location close to Interstate and close to fuel but feels remote inside the park. Host is very welcoming. Full hookups, 2 dog walking areas and easy to get around in. Lots of trees. We love it here!

Nice quiet and convenient place to stay. Grass parking pull through. $35 with military discount. Thought it would be away from the highway but the spot was 100 feet from IH 10. Lots of road noise. Other than that a great place for a single night stay.

Quaint, quiet little park perfect for a quick stay. A couple of horses on the property that you can feed. A small trail through the wooded portion of the property. Owner was very friendly upon check-in. Spots are well manicured. No restaurants or stores nearby, besides the Love’s near the highway entrance. Easy on & off highway. Would stay again.

We spent an evening there on July 4th. Very clean , gravel pads with grass around the pads. Staff was very friendly & helpful. A couple who purchase campground after a hurricane & have been bringing it back to life. Unfortunately husband died & wife is working hard to keep this a nice stop. Defiantly stay here again. Only down side was some road noise from I-10.

Well Hitching Post will probably be our new stop over along the Florida border! Easy in and easy out for our 36’ Class A with toad. Park is close to I 10 but inside with AC on we can’t hear the traffic noise. Vonda is super cute and showed us to our site. Just needed a spot for the night with a 50amp hook up. We didn’t use any facilities but there is a nice little dog park our fur babies could roam free. She has a couple of horses that are fun to watch as well. There are a couple of trails here but it’s getting pretty hot so we hid inside in the AC. Reasonable stop with our Passport membership. $35.00 will definitely be back again.
