Quiet, nice pond to walk around, two dog parks. Nice lighted hookups. Fun fairy type gardens, fun decorations, and a center area for activities. We have a class C and backed in easily to our spot. This is right off the highway, but quiet spots are available. We arrived late. If you arrive late, there is a little awning just past the entrance from the road. A motion sensor light will have you stop. The awning is to the right. I think you can pay there, but to be sure we called the owner.

Well kept smaller privately owned campground. Owners very friendly and accommodating, living their dream out. John and Vonda began their campground owning dream just a few years ago and have a nice, currently 24 space campground with dog park area and common area with lots of yard games. Easy access for big rigs, mostly level full hook up sites. They meet you at the entrance for check in and escort you to your site. Help you get settled out out a mat at your front steps and quickly deliver free firewood. Super convenient to Hwy 231 and I-10. Several sites do have the interstate behind them (road noise didn't bother us). Plans for expansion around the private lake which you can walk to and fish in (no license required). We enjoyed a few days here just unwinding. Drive to Panama City Beach about an hour away. We stayed in our 44 ft motor home.

Just a quick Thursday stop overnight on a Our way to New Orleans. Arrived after dark, owners came out and met us. Armed with flashlights, they quickly backed us into our site and even provided us with a small outdoor mat so we didn't have to drag our big one out. Super nice people! I wish we had more time here, but alas...New Orleans calls ? Overall, we give this place a big ?? and will definitely stay here again.

Vonda and John are super nice. We arrived late and they helped us get settled and set up. The campground is clean and kids liked the fairy garden.

Three stars to leave room for more improvements.
I Agee with the previous reviewer that this campground is super friendly and has great wi-fi. It's minutes off I-10 and the hosts met us at the enterance as we drove in. We didn't even have to get out of the RV! They gave us a discount Grand Opening rate and even lent us a small mat to place by the door to cut down sand traveling into the camper. I can't wait to come back in the future to see how they improve with more amenities.

I am giving this 5 stars. It doesn't have all the amenities but is a new campground and will take time. Owners are wonderful. Great Wifi. Right off of I10 with level pull pull through's. not too much highway noise. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Agree with all other reviewers. Owners are fantastic. Make you feel very welcome. Easy in and out park with large sites. Wifi is amazing. Had site #6 which was rather private with blooming wisteria everywhere. Enjoyed fishing pond and dog enclosures. Good amount of road noise from I10. Ran fans to make it a non-issue. Only two issues: Hard packed sand/dirt sites still track a lot of sand into rv and somewhat hard to level. Bringing in some gravel would really help this issue. Larger issue is I felt $40 a nite was too expensive. No laundry or bathhouses which is fine but I would have expected about 30/nite for a small campground alongside I10. Those are only issues. This really is a great campground!

Arrived at night with our rig, owners guided us to our site. Solid and packed roads, site was level and large. No problem for rig. Hook ups are top notch. Our little dog enjoyed the dog parks. Owner's are very committed to making this a little gem of an rv park. Newer park for the area. Truck stop close by for fuel and supplies. Will stay here our next time through panhandle.

Well worth the stop. We were enroute to El Paso, TX, from the Tampa area. We are in a 40' 5th wheel with 3500 Silverado. It was raining but Vonda, an owner, met us at the truck so we didn't even get out to register. We didn't have our Passport America membership and paid about $40 instead of the PA rate nearer $25. Vonda escorted us to a level pull through site and provided a door mat so we didn't have to get ours out. The roads are packed sand and shell so, while wet, were solid. Great power hookup poles 30/50 amp and water pressure was good. We only stayed one night but will most likely stop again when traveling the Florida panhandle.
