Darn good RV park. Nestled on an old farm on the edge of Savannah. Really good location...all the homeyness of staying in a rural setting while being less than 20 mins from Savannah's attractions! Super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in site #23 which is a giant pull through that is located kind of off by itself. Definitely a top 10 campground for us.

Very well maintained property with personable and courteous staff. Boondocks site was level, with picnic table and fire pit as well as access to shower house. Dump station and water available. A little pricy for a boondock site but we felt the location, staff, and shower was worth it. Generator usage is allowed until 10pm but the boondocking sites are fairly close and could be annoying for your neighboring boondockers, especially if they are sitting outside. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Friendly office staff. Dog friendly. No dog park area. Large sites. All utilities in good working order. Well maintained camping area. Mostly an event location for weddings etc. great place to stay close to Savannah. Minor road noise. Train noise is a little annoying. WiFi worked well. Laundry room clean. 2 washers : 2 dryers. Pool area very nice. Stayed a week. Would stay again next time in town.

I was a guest at your RV park 24-26 of July. I wasn’t impressed with the customer service of the park. I wasn’t able to pull into my site on time because the couple there before us didn’t want to pack up in wet grass. They left trash, that we were left to clean up. Cigarettes and broken glass were left everywhere. We were pulling trash out of the bushes. When I called the front desk, she said someone would come by and pick it up… no one ever did. No one ever apologized for our hour an a half late check in or the trash we had to look at our entire stay BUT when I checked out the owner made sure to tell me she charged those people for late check out. (however didn't offer to compensate me in anyway)
I signed up for a good Sams membership in the office as well, something I thought that would be more convenient then doing online but it has caused me nothing but a headache. Good Sam can’t find me in the system using ANY of my information and when I called Good Sams, they told me that they didn't see anything had been processed and to call the campground. I called Red Gate more than once to get this sorted out as we have just started traveling cross country and this membership is something that should be saving me money but instead I am negative -$29.00 for NOTHING. When Red Gate finally got back to me they tried to blame it on Good Sams giving me a different membership number. I would have appreciated a little more honesty from them because I know that's not what happened.

This campground was well maintained and spacious. Plenty of room to get in and out. Water, sewage and electric hookups were easy to use and staff was very friendly. Highly recommend

Just got home from 5 days here. Very beautiful place. Old oaks with moss hanging, several lakes with good fishing, horses, goats and cats. Plenty of room to wander around. With the Covid closures this was a great place to hang out and decompress. Sites were nice although we felt that the "economy" sites were a bit tight for us, (42' fifth wheel) the staff was very gracious and allowed a transfer to a more open site. Only thing we could say bad is each fire pit we came to seemed to have trash in it. RV'ers could do better policing themselves. Power was 50 and good, water was good pressure and consistent and included sewer hook ups. Park is close to Savannah and not too far from Tybee Island. We defiantly will be back again.

Great staff. Close to town, but still feels "country". Plenty of fishing and farm stuff to enjoy. They could stand to add some fresh gravel to the road and the sites, but power and water were very good.

Third time staying here. Obviously, we like it. Beautiful farm setting near downtown Savannah. This time the only open site was dry camping near the volleyball court. Close to the trains, but fine for one night.

We spent two weeks here in our 34 ft 5th wheel. Like any place there are pros and cons.
Pros: 200 acres to hike and roam on. 4-5 ponds to fish on. A beautiful pool with the best lounge chairs I’ve ever seen at a park yet. Horses, goats, peacocks and cats! All well cared for. For a fee you can ride the horses or take a carriage ride. You can pet the goats, horses and cats. Beautiful landscaping! Gravel sites that get good satellite. Open field in front of sites so it feels open. Staff is awesome! They came and let our dogs out during lunch one day so we could site see. You can schedule a trolly pick up for $30.95 that has on off until 4:30pm. Laundry looks nice, we didn’t use it though. Bathrooms at pool are just darling!
Cons: it is right near a highway and busy train track. I love trains so it wasn’t too bad for me. Never woke us up. Ants ants everywhere! However I’ve seen hills every place in savannah! Worst for us was they have 4 venues for weddings on land. On weekends you can hear music and/or base from reception.
I think the pros way outweigh the cons!
