Beautiful; right in the middle of Sedona but still really quiet. Can walk to town. Huge, shaded spots close to the river. Only slight con would be the size of the bathrooms- only two stalls, two showers, and two sinks.

Stayed here multiple times, always clean and well cared for. Friendly and very helpful staff. This place is a must stay.

Views of the Red Rocks, Oak Creek flowing right behind our site, lots of grass and trees, peaceful, impeccably maintained, hot, clean showers, nearby hiking trails AND walking distance to downtown Sedona! How awesome is that!?! Okay芒鈧 The people in the office aren芒鈧劉t the friendliest, you can芒鈧劉t have a fire or use your grill, you better have a quiet dog (thankfully we do!) and yes, there are a crazy amount of rules and multiple signs everywhere but we wished we didn芒鈧劉t have to leave! We will definitely stay there again! 芒艙艗茂赂聫芒聺陇茂赂聫冒鸥拧艗

Didn芒鈧劉t stay but looks like a lovely park. People in office very nice! We just stopped in to see if there were any empty spots and sadly they were full but kindly offered us to drop the trailer in their waiting lot so we could go look around town. Will be back and will make reservations ahead next time and look forward to staying!

We stayed here 3 nights in Feb 2021. Nice place, our site was level, right on the river. We wanted to be close to town so this was great. We didn芒鈧劉t need restrooms or TV so no comment. People in the office were not super friendly, lots of rules.

Was concerned when I made reservations due to the negative comments regarding excessive rules and signage. I found the RV park to be spotlessly clean, very quiet with lots of trees and very close to downtown. Would definitely come back in the future!

Site was unlevel, WiFi worked but was slow, could not get satellite reception due to all the trees, and bathrooms were small at the other end of the park. For $68.50 a night I expected better. One of the park rules was that dogs could not bark. They charge extra for dogs! I just told my dogs not to bark while we芒鈧劉re there. For positives sites ere nice size, utilites worked except cable tv kept cutting out, it is close to downtown, and it has lots of trees which is great if it is hot!

Great park! Electric and water was $37 for our van. Very clean and quiet. It was a perfect oasis in the busy town of Sedona. I would definitely stay there again. They have lots of little touches around the park for travelers. Example is dish soap at the wash station. Clothes line with clothespins near the laundry. One of the cleanest parks I have ever stayed at.

We stayed there 6/16-6/18/2019. They were having an unbelievable heat wave, but with all of the huge shade trees in the park our AC was able to keep up. The spaces are quite large. We had neighbors on both sides yet it felt private. It is a clean well run park. They have direct access into Oak Creek which was a perfect way to cool off during the 102 temps. We will definitely stay there again.

Great shaded campground right in Sedona. We'll run. Clean. Perfect for our week stay. Loved it!
