One bathroom for 84 sites with 2 toilets and no urinals is not adequate- bathroom constantly busy and have to make repeated visits. Very nice park.

Nicely maintained park, walking distance to some great shops and restaurants. You are right on top of each other but it is heavily treed with fences separating areas so it feels more secluded than it really is.

I'm happy to have picked up a cancellation for night night and really enjoyed the Sedona area. The park is walking distance to the town with great views. Gravel roads and sites. Verizon LTE is full bars but the park WiFi is really lame and I was under one of the routers. For the prices they charge it should have great WiFi. Shower house was clean.

We stayed here for a week in January. It is a very nice park and a great location. The sites by the creek are the best, although the multiple signs about where to enter the creek are overkill and distracting. The facilities are all clean and well cared for and the longer term residents are in a separate area, which gives it a good feel.

One of the nicest RV parks we have ever stayed at! We were located in a back corner, right along the creek. It was quiet (except for the seasonal Cicadas) and private! Each site had a nice "patio" with picnic table, lawn and colorful plantings! Easy access to and from via the toad with ample parking right across from our back-in site! Easy access to town and other attractions, with friendly office staff providing great recommendations (and menu copies) to local flavor and must-do's! We will DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip through beautiful Sedona!

Perhaps the nicest RV park we have stayed in. Clean, quiet, well shaded and well thought out. Friendly staff. Not at all expensive for what you get.

Rancho Sedona RV park is lovely and I highly doubt what I have to say will have any impact on how this operation is run.

We found the office staff to be unfriendly and appeared to be stressed out. A smile would go a long way when greeting new customers (many of us have driven MANY kilometres to get here!!)

On the other hand, the yard keepers were friendly and they did an awesome job.

What a great RV park. Exceptionally clean, beautiful, quite, and located right in the middle of everything. I actually tend to stay away from RV parks since I prefer being closer to nature. This, I spend most of my time dry camping.

I couldn't have been happier with Rancho Sedona. I'll definitely be back.

Stayed two nights. Very close to shopping. Wonderful grounds with lots of trees. Gravel spaces. We had the space at the entrance to the park. Awesome spot away from the rest of the park and very quiet. Plenty of room for my 40'. Will stay here again. Love Sedona.
