We stayed 5 nights. Absolutely loved it here. It is very peaceful and quiet, and staff wants to keep it that way. The 10pm curfew sounds strict, but we were told we COULD be outside after that, just BE QUIET! Although we are new to RVing, we found this place to be one of the better ones. The staff was friendly with us.

Beautiful campground in Sedona (and the only one in town!). Very quiet and well maintained. Los and lots of rules though like you can't be outside your RV after 10pm. Extra charge for pets and lots of rules. My biggest complaint like others is just that the staff in the office are not very friendly. Kind of like "we are the only campground in town so tuff!"

Beautiful campground, however staff is very rude, you can tell they all hate their jobs watching everyone else vacationing and enjoying
themselves except them! Our 43 ft. Motorhome fit well in our site however there are tacky little signs every where stating we have a
creek but you can't go see it! A large burm prohibits the site of it ( which is fine " protection and all" ) but they are Natzi's here!
Also the sewer patrol flys by your campsite all day making sure your sewer hose is not on the ground, you MUST have a carriage under
neath it! We had 2- phone calls while we were out . And you MUST be inside your home by 10 pm. Pronto for quiet time!!!
I understand we (most. Lol) are over "55" and turn in early but seriously we are adults!!

On the upside it is beautiful, very clean, centrally located to everything, and that's about it! Oh yea, I will probably be back only because there is no where else to stay!

We are about to return in a few days, and I cannot wait. This is a clean, well-run campground, with a great creek for swimming, and plenty of room to spread out. So nice to have hookups, yet not be at yet another KOA.

Lots of heavy shedding cottonwood trees. This is the only RV campground close to 'downtown' Sedona, thus a monopoly; female office help are on the rude/nasty attitude side. Advertised normal wifi is lame. Reserved a "partial" site because it was the only thing available. When we checked out, we were then told we couldn't use any vacant site dump to release our black/grey tanks. Won't return. In the future, we'll stay in a state park back toward Cottonwood or north toward Flagstaff.
