Great location, lots of amenities, but sites are extremely close in some sections. It芒鈧劉s a nice two-ish-mile walk to town, just be prepared for tre walk back up as it芒鈧劉s a steep rise returning to the campground. Fortunately, the steep section is fairly short, so gets the heart rate up, but not overly challenging. For children and families there are nice areas for fun and entertainment. We do not typically stay at this type of campground, so maybe we芒鈧劉re being overly critical here, but our neighbors slide out was within 1芒鈧劉 of our picnic table and too close to the fire ring to safely enjoy a fire. There are some nice, more spacious sites lined by trees, but the section we were in was treeless, packed in like sardines, and had sloping sites. Not worth the $, but they芒鈧劉re pretty much the only game in town. Would we go again? Yes, if we wanted to spend time in Harper芒鈧劉s Ferry, but we芒鈧劉d pay the extra to choose our own site in the back-9.

The good...the bad...and the ugly! The good: great amenities for kids, great location to Harpers Ferry national historical park, friendly n helpful check in personnel. The bad: we had an interior 20/30 amp site. The length of site was so short. Site was so TIGHT n hard to navigate thus why rated a 3 star. Could not fit the truck on the same site as the rv. The ugly: many picnic tables need replacement n the electrical boxes need a paint job.

KOA Holiday with what would be many amenities if it were not 2020. Daily resort charge on weekend, whether or not you plan to avail yourself of mini golf, etc. We stayed during Halloween week, and found it incredibly noisy every night until around 2 am. White noise and headphones were the only way we could drown out the sounds of drunk adults singing 芒鈧揟ake Me Home Country Road芒鈧. As other reviewers said, spaces are VERY tight and roads are narrow. Best think about this KOA if you芒鈧劉re not going there to let the kids have fun is its proximity to Harpers Ferry and Antetam. You can literally walk to the HF Visitor Center (when it芒鈧劉s open, again, not 2020!, and there芒鈧劉s a nice walk into Harpers Ferry town.

Very disappointed. Convenient to Harper芒鈧劉s Ferry & seems like good facilities for kids (we r retired so have none with us). Sites r crowded & VERY tight. Additionally bath/showers had horrible showers with several having just a drip and all having to run for 7-10 min to get hot water. Would not come back!!

This is definitely a place to bring families. Lots of amenities. Even free pancakes in the morning. The bathrooms are nice but aren芒鈧劉t kept real clean.

Four star review because site was level, interior roads paved, staff extremely friendly and helpful, and location. A little pricy but having these things made it a good deal.

I canceled a reservation in October and made a new one for July fourth weekend camp sight 47 . I called to make sure everything was set to go and they said I never made a reservation for the Fourth of July ! Now I have to call the bank to see if they return money back on my card in October. This is the second time I had to argue about a reservation. If you go to this KOA get names of who you talk to . Me I芒鈧劉m done no more Harpers Farry KOA for us .

3 Stars for Allstays Review: OK but nothing noteworthy. Only distinguishing factor is location close to Harpers Ferry National Battlefield park. This KOA is very congested and sites crowded together. Had to disconnect Fiat from 25芒鈧劉 Coach to fit. Site was narrow and needed more gravel coverage to keep from tracking dirt into RV. Good amenities at KOA including coffee caf脙漏.

As stated in other reviews. Sites are very tight and most are not level. Some some with such a steep grade it's impossible to level at all in a large rig. I expect more from a KOA.

On a positive note. Amenities and camp ground attractions are stellar.

Stayed here for 3 days. Tight spaces (37 ft. Motor home pulling a jeep) and could not fit into the site they put us on but the very friendly staff switched us with no problem. Luckily it was not a busy time. Could walk to the Harpers Ferry attractions from camp if you are up for a mile or two hike. Could walk to a local tavern and grill. The laundry was very dirty. Would stay here again but definitely not do laundry!
