Dirty, neither wifi nor cable worked. Very tight spots. Not up to standards expected at a KOA.

WiFi is good, so are the playground, pool and restrooms. Friendly staff. Great for families.

Staff, not friendly, arrived after dark, no escort to site. reserved full hook-upside, site had no sewer, back to office, after a 1/2 hour they did give us a site with all hook-ups. sites are so close the next sites sewer was under out picnic table. arrived on tuesday, bathroom was not cleaned till Saturday afternoon, left Monday, was not cleaned since Saturday.
$8.00 a day resort fee! wi-fi ok till park filled up on the weekend, unusable then.Extra charge for 4th & 5th guest, although site was good for 6 people. Had to pull in slid-out so 5th wheel could make the turn on to the street. Cable was terrible. Park is not maintained well.
Run by a corp, not family owned. Staff was not concerned about much of anything. Worst KOA we have ever stayed at.

Wifi not reach the camping area. $$$$$ is more appropriate, with $57 charge to KOA members for water and 30amp electric. Pancakes for breakfast were fine, and you can take out to your campsite. But we won't have to visit them again. Located right next to historic district.
