This campground is very convenient if you are visiting the Winchester area. It doesn芒鈧�鈩�t have much to offer otherwise. Close to the highway so lots of noise. Some sites are quieter so ask about that. WiFi is through a separate company(Tengo) so you have to set up an account. If you choose free WiFi for 24 hours you get next to nothing. I called Tengo and they said the WiFi was only enough to check email.. Cable did not work at our site. We were told our TVs were too old. At the next stop cable worked beautifully. They charge you $3.50 to reserve online and they charge you $3 an hour if you come before 1:00pm. Couldn芒鈧�鈩�t believe that when I saw the bill. Place was clean and well kept in general. I would only stay again if I had no other choice.

Great friendly staff. Very clean park in facilities. I stay here over 38th and fifth wheel. Convenient off the highway. Nice store. Definitely stay here again.

Stay somewhere else. Rude manager. as others have stated. We had our "pass" on the dashboard instead of hanging. they evidently could not see it on their camera. As we were pulling past the office, the manager/owner came flying across the sites in a golf cart, sliding to a stop, jumping out and yelling and berating for not having the pass visible. Could have been handled using customer service, but he chose to be a jerk. They also don't mention the 4 lane divided hwy ADJOINS the property on one side, and a 4 lane hwy is 1/2 mile from the entrance. 24/7 road noise, regardless of location. stay somewhere else.

Very nice park, clean well run and most sites have plenty of elbow room. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We have stayed here numerous times both for overnight and week long visits with family in the area and have felt right at home and secure. The only drawback you might find is the road noise from the nearby highway which provides super easy access to this park making it great for overnighting during travel. Ether for overnight or destination vacation to Winchester VA I highly recommend it. Happy Trails!

This was recommended by a friend as a good, easy place to spend the night on our southbound odyssey and we loved it. Very tidy with a friendly staff. Located in a small neighborhood, we felt very secure. Some road noise, so ask for a spot away I芒鈧�鈩�m the road. Highly recommend.

The cleanest camping we have seen. We arrive very late and the people here help us to get to the place. We gona came back for sure Amazing Camping

Will definitely stay here again! Those of us from the north know how hard it is to find RV places open year round. This one is a keeper! Nice tidy bath house. We visited at a time that water is turned off due to cold temps yet were offered to get water on board. We opted to keep tanks winterized and used the toasty warm facilities. Another perk is the huge dog park. Road noise was not a bother as someone posted芒鈧�鈥漢eard it but not a problem for us.

Nice, clean campground. Friendly staff. Close to a neat pedestrian-friendly city with multiple restaurants. We didn芒鈧�鈩�t use the bathrooms, store, pool, etc., so I can芒鈧�鈩�t comment. One nice thing is the ability to order dinner from a local restaurant delivered to your site. We芒鈧�鈩�ve enjoyed this on several occasions when we芒鈧�鈩�ve arrived late and hungry. The one negative - and it芒鈧�鈩�s a big one - is road noise. We芒鈧�鈩�re right next to a major highway and it is loud! For nearly $50 for a site, I do expect some peace and quiet. We stay here because we like the nearby town of Winchester, but if there were other options we芒鈧�鈩�d take them.

Staff was nice and accommodated our request for 50AMP even though reservation was for 30AMP. Campground was clean and restrooms well maintained. The only issue we had was the road noise. Campground is near a major highway and there is a lot of traffic, which is why I would not stay there again. Nice dog park and open areas for walking dogs.

I gave a review previously and I forgot to mention they charge you for coming in early. We came in one hour early they charged us two dollars so we芒鈧�鈩�re good Sam discount amounted to $.93! Whoopee!! Also if you have someone come visit you it芒鈧�鈩�s five dollars for them to enter, unless they leave within the hour then you will get four dollars back. In our 20 years of full timing we芒鈧�鈩�ve never been to a park to have so many extra charges and yet be so pricey. Would I come here again, no.
