This is an absolute gem for staying in the Williamsburg area! The price is right (cheap), and the location is perfect. The sites are spacious and well maintained with concrete pads. The campground is quiet and has lots of trees. Be advised that cellular service is spotty. All told, this is a top-notch park for a bargain rate!

This campground has improved since we were here 3 years ago. Pads are on nice level concrete with a good spacing in between. Front desk office is way better than before and the people are nice and always happy to answer the phone. Asking for refund on a shorter stay is very easy and quick. Just ask if you are leaving early. WiFi is spotty and so with T-mobile service as well. Great area to tour around Williamsburg.

Nice campground, well kept, quiet with concrete padded sites. There is a hiking trail, fishing and an ok golf course on base. With Williamsburg right outside the gate there is plenty to do and see. We will be back.

Nice campground with level concrete spots. Almost zero cell service for Verizon. WiFi is available at the cabins but none at the RV sites.

Great RV park for a great price and close to the local historical areas from the Revolutionary War. Staff and fellow campers were quite friendly. There is a gym, snack, bar, and shoppette on post and the gas station sells diesel and gas 24/7 with a credit card. The sites are big concrete surrounded by just the right amount of trees. We has a great time and plan on staying here again.

Just off the Colonial Parkway, this is the perfect base for Yorktown, Jamestown and Williamsburg. No access issues getting through the one gate. Good signage on base to check in and find the RV park. There is an activity center at check in with a gym nearby, lots of cabins, some with river views. There's also a half mile woodsy trail. Lovely wooded park with no problem with overhanging or too close branches. Nice back in sites on concrete. Ours was sloped 3 inches side to side and back to front but we were able to level our 45-footer. Good spacing between sites. There is a laundry and washrooms.

Very nice campground and close to everything. Secluded and peaceful. Laundry facility is clean.

Very clean campground. Very close to water country and bushes gardens. The booking presses went of but the front desk people seem a little lost and when sites are available and if the campground is full or not. Overall great famcamp. No pull through sites, sites were payed out nicely and well maintained. As talked about in prior posts some of the sites weren’t very level.

Stayed here 4 nights, all hook up’s are good some of the concrete pads are very uneven, had to use all my blocks to get level , showers are moldy, and dirty, water Temp is worm at best . The rv park is quiet, and no antenna TV and cell service is poor . Other the a good location to the local attentions I wouldn’t stay here .

What a great FamCamp. Sites are large with plenty of space behind and between. We have T-Mobile and had very few issues. Great place to walk. Beautiful water and wildlife on this extremely quiet installation. Park host available and MWR are great! Great place to decompress and relax! No cable - told it was shut off as cost saving measure and re:COVID. Otherwise, would have been 5-star.
