Beautiful campground with large private sites. Hosts are so nice and helpful. This will be our new stop when heading south. Love it!

Great campground; our second stay. Nice people. Only thing is, it’s quite dusty in the campground itself. The gravel roads have been reduced to simply dust. Both Jeep and RV are covered in it. It we’d stay again. Not too far off I-81. Access roads are a bit narrow.

Stayed on two separate occasions for 1 day each time. Did not tour the caverns. First visit thought the staff ( 2 ladies) were somewhat rude and un-welcoming from their tone of voice. We remarked how beautiful the drive in from I-81 was and, no comment from the ladies. Asked if site might be good for satellite tv and one remarked, “we don’t guarantee tv “ ( most campgrounds know the better satellite sites). Folks this is your place of business....my advice is to greet all campers as if your paycheck depends on it. We only used the washer/dryer in a very hot laundry room. One washing machine accepted quarters but did not work. Second visit we were greeted by a nice 40’ish year old man who was very accommodating and welcoming. Again, we did not use the facilities. The campgrounds are very well done and utilities worked great. There is an archway made of stone at the campground entrance. I did not see a height sign on it so if you have a big rig, go around it like I did.

Old tourist attraction with a recent campground nicely snuggled on a hill. Sites are reasonably far apart for an independent campground. Sites pull through and level in spite of the rugged terrain. We were traveling through continuous heavy rain and glad to get off of I81. Was on the phone making the reservation for almost 15 min while employee attempted to go through the process. Once she got to the authorizing my credit card, the phone went blank and I hung up. I Had given her my phone number and hoped for the best. When we got there, there were 4 employees standing around and one led us to our campground. At $69/nite I’m expecting the best. They had a hot spot at the bath house showing 3 WiFi networks and none would access the internet. I wanted propane, went to the office to find only an office clerk and no one else available on site to pump propane or service the internet hookup. In summary, lots of amenities, if they work, expensive and poorly staffed.

We were going to stay at another campground which they referred us to them. We called and they had a spot with full hook ups. The people bent over backwards for yo. The lead us to our spot. The pads are chat gravel and neatly level. Was set up in minutes. There is a laundry and showers on the grounds. Each site has a fire ring and table, the sites are large and not on top of each other with plenty of room to back in. I have a 38 ft TT and it was no problem. We really enjoyed staying here. Great campground

Just opened for the 2018 season. It was cold but it was a great park with huge sites. We will definitely stop again on our north/south travels.

Very nice campground but was not given passport America rate. They said it was an event/holiday on the evening of October 29. Really Halloween??

Stay away, very rude. Tried to reschedule because our RV was out for major repairs. Would not reschedule or refund any portion of the amount. When making reservations you have to pay in full.

Update: checked out 7/13/17, pool finally cleared up on 7/11 but still had a lot of green Algae on the side of the pool. Bathhouse finally got clean. They have three bathhouses and I think they clean one of them a week. We had to look for the cleanest one. They also don't run the AC in any. It was very hot and dry. The whole campground was like a dust bowl. No grass, just a lot of gravel. The caverns were very good, they are worth seeing. Would not recommend staying more than two days. We would not stay here again. This campground could be excellent with a little makeover such as paving the roads to keep dust down, clean bathhouses more regular and keep the pool clean.

Arrived on 7/11/17, guide took us to campsite, pull thru. Not to bad, site was small, not much shade, asked for shade upon booking, broke out the water hose, hooked up no pressure, saw young man on four runner and called him over, he was a little rude and cocky, we finally found out there was something clogging up the line. Then we tried to get tv with a amplified antenna, no stations, once again saw the cocky young man, asked him does anyone get tv, he said oh sure at least four channels, and even 11. Still couldn't get any. Asked neighbors, they couldn't get any. Also the brochure says wifi. There isn't any except laundry room. We go to the pool, very cloudy and algae growing on sides. Ask a worker about the pool. He said they just put new water in it. We go to take showers at the one bathhouse on the hill.the bathroom was close to 90 degrees, they have a/c but aren't turned on. Both sides men/women were just nasty. This us just the first day. Will update, have 4 more days left.
