Better than most journey type Campgrounds. Very convenient for 95 in the Richmond area. They say that there’s sound walls and it’s quiet there when you talk to them on the phone but it’s really pretty noisy and there’s also a lumberyard next-door that is also not quiet. Bathrooms were clean but sad and awkward with no place to sit or put your stuff so I recommend using the handicapped shower if you need to. They seem to keep the campsites across from the bathroom open so you don’t have to walk around the end to avoid another’s turf. They allow you to use the gas grills on premise but none of them work or even have propane attached to them. The dog park is a little sad and grass free. That being said Campground itself has a nice easy pull through and full hook ups. Free waffle breakfast on the weekends. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable – but they disappear after five.

Great stop from NY down to Fla. 3rd time there. Clean and easy to get to. Friendly staff helped us to our site. Only used their laundry room which was clean and all machines worked. Did not have time to use the pool or exercise room but both looked nice. Highly recommend!

We had no interaction with the staff as we stayed two days only and we’re in and out pretty early and late so no review there. The grounds appeared to be in good shape and well maintained. The level concrete pad was nice and the trash pickup at the site was great.

This is like being a homeless person sleeping under a freeway bridge! The place is lovely, I thought the reception was poor, the gals at the desk decided they needed to talk to the other customer at length about what they were wearing to a wedding! Beautiful place right along 95, the freeway that never sleeps. I didn’t either but the waffles on the weekend were good.

what a wonderful time at this park. Owners keep the grounds immaculate and the beautiful landscape make it enjoyable to look at. Our large pull thru site was more than accomadating for our 38' fifth wheel dispite the trash and maintainence building right there. Also the freeway noise is loud but a wall was recently built to help. We were lucky enough to be there for a fall festival right next to us which included free band, food truck, beer and icee. Made it a great time. Very close to wineries and shopping too. will definitely stay here again!

We had really enjoyed staying here. Tracy was extremely nice, but Colleen was incredibly rude. The campground is nice, although some of the long-timers were a bit snooty if you walked/drove around the campground. The site itself is great. We parked on a concrete in the front. Level site. Only drawback is the noise from the interstate.
