Nice campground close to Arches. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat. Laundry room could have been cleaner, but overall nice experience for a two night stay.

Nice enough park. Narrow sites but has some well shaded ones. We were happy to have one. Quite expensive for what it is so be sure to look for a promo code. Saved me $50. We have a 40鈥 class A with toad. Had no issue getting in our spot #39.

Very narrow sites. Our slide out and a neighbor鈥檚 slide out we鈥檙e no more than 3鈥 apart. Pad was a little off level so I had to use levelers under one set of wheels. Staff was friendly enough but they did give us 4-5 pages of written rules. Moab is off-roader paradise so there were a lot of off-road toys at every site. A lot of kids riding bikes so you have to be cautious.
Convenient to ArchesNP and other Moab attractions

For the price, frustrating and definitely not costumer friendly. They add on an automatic $10 per night resort fee. 芒鈧揜esort 芒鈧 amenities are a pool area and it was closed during our entire stay.
Bath/shower building very nice structure but not clean, no shelf for toiletries by sink area so had to dry and clean before using, every day. Inadequate hooks and dry place for clothes in shower stall. No hair or hand dryers.
When I asked questions, staff said extra 10 fee was for nice toileting facility and the owners are in Michigan so there was nothing to be done about fees.
Terrible early AM noise from construction just over the property line, campground was mostly empty, but they assigned lots of those spaces anyway. We got up and out as fast as we could in AMs. Really awful for a couple of tent campers!
Guess phones and e-mail don芒鈧劉t reach Michigan??
It is a good location but won芒鈧劉t stay there again.

We芒鈧劉ll maintained. Very narrow sites. All gravel sites. Sewer connection is basically under your neighbor芒鈧劉s awning or in their entrance. Sated 7 days. Laundry facilities were great. Great location. Very dark at night芒鈧o lighting. No dog run/ walking area. Cable reception was extremely poor/snowy. When asked about cable, was told they would add it to the work list as it was just installed a month ago and we芒鈧劉re working out the issue. No improvement during our stay. Friendly staff. Would stay again if I couldn芒鈧劉t find a better option, but several disappointments considering the price tag.

Great location, full hookups, fairly level sites, but no security or host or management to enforce the rules. It clearly states no working on vehicles or loud noises in their rules. There were 5 bronco 4x4s vehicles across the rode from us that was constantly working on there 4x4s and they were constantly racing there engine芒鈧劉s so load that the ground would vibrate, and there was no one to stop them. It is 7:11 am here and they just cranked them up again. Ridiculous. Rather than remembering the beauty of Moab, I will remember 5 loud Broncos

Close to Arches but very difficult entry for big rigs with roadwork. Suggest bypassing for now if in big rig or large 5th wheel until road construction complete

This place is AWFUL!! Management/owner will leave your reservation slip in a box on a fold out table at the 芒鈧揼ate芒鈧. No building or visitor center to check in. The map is on where to park is barely legible. The park is a dusty, dirt field with patches of mulch. Absolutely no WIFI connection. No cable. Beware of this dust bowl.

Loved this place. Staff is super friendly. Stayed 10 nights at the end of September in their tent spaces for $20/nt. Chose one with a shelter and most sites have shade trees. Grounds are mostly dirt and gravel but even on high wind days, the dust wasn芒鈧劉t that bad. Bathrooms were very clean - there were 5 toilets, 5 sinks and 5 private shower stalls in each. Super quiet at night, like everyone went to bed by 8pm. Had a sink outside the bathrooms for washing dishes and the water was super hot. Laundry room was clean and plenty of machines.

Park is almost all gravel and tight together but lots of trees and shaded that I like. All services worked well. WiFi and cable worked well. Nice place to stay to see when seeing the NPs.
