This used to be a nice campground. Looks like SunOutdoors is letting it deteriorate at great expense to the customers. We have camped here for over 20 years and this was our worst stay. First checking in early will cost you $30. Instead of paying we parked behind City Market, walked to the Moab Diner for lunch, shopped at City Market and returned. You would think seeing we had to wait until precisely 2PM to check in that they would have cleaned the site. No, first thing we did was hose down the picnic table and sweep the tiny cement pad. Apparently the laundry is now open to the public. The machines are worn, no longer take credit cards and some are not working. The friendly staff is gone. I hope the previous owners made a boatload of money off the sale of this once nice property. 2yjv78

This RV park is right downtown and remarkably quiet for being so! VERY tightly packed with zero privacy! It is also EXTREMELY expensive for what it is. We were first placed by a large group of family’s obviously camping together and lots of kids, dogs and noise. We asked the front office to move us and they did do willingly. I am giving this place 3 stars because of the great office staff but would never stay there again. Not worth the price. Stay up the Colorado River canyon! We saw lots of beautiful dispersed camping up there that we wished we would’ve know before staying here!

We arrived a bit after noon and were told we could not check-in until 2pm. As we turned around to drive out, it was clear more than half the spots were empty. The information center provided RV parking so we were able to wait out our time there. It was a frustrating start to our time in Moab. The sites are small and tight but the location is nice for seeing the national parks.

Stayed here for 5 days. Nice park within walking distance of Moab. Very clean with a convenience store gas station and pool. Laundry facilities were good with enough washers and dryers to accommodate guest. My only complaint is that sites are rather close and lots of toyhaulers with vehicles in your way if trying to get out of your site with Trailer. We would stay here again if in the area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, but I will be hard pressed to visit again. The people were friendly, and the location was excellent for enjoying the Moab area. The campground was relatively quiet even though it was near full capacity during our stay. Unfortunately even though I tried to pick a site that should be easy in and out with my 35’ toy hauler, it still was too tight of a layout to make maneuvering easy. This was largely in part to the abundance of tow vehicles, Jeep’s, and UTVs that were parked out in the driveway paths. Most sites are not big enough to accommodate trailer and tow vehicle (or RV and toad). Also, they list an off leash pet area on their map, but there was none to be found. Other campers seemed to share our frustration.

Due to being a newbie in RVing, a more experienced Rver recommended this campground. We stayed here for 3 nights. Our experience was wonderful. The staff, especially Samuel, was very helpful, the grounds were clean, the shore power, water and sewer worked good, the on site store was convenient, the pool
was clean and the rest rooms and showers were very clean. In addition, the grounds are shaded and near a grocery store. The park backs up to a high school but that was no problem. We definitely plan on returning to this RV campground.

This was our first stop in Utah. The check in was quick and efficient. They had a great store laundry room bathrooms. The maintenance man was excellent. Full of information. The grounds were always kept clean. They had a great propane barbecue grill by the pool that we used to cook steaks. The pool area had a lot of chairs, tables and umbrellas. This would be a great place for a couple or a family. There were a lot of shade trees.. We had a nice concrete pad and picnic table. There was also cable TV.

This place is great! I hardly ever give a 5 out of 5 but this place is worth it.
This place has a general store with gas, lp, ice, everything. It is a full service convenient store.
We checked in, and got a full service hookup for around $50 a night. Water, electric, sewer, and CABLE!
Last night we boondocked, and antenna gets nothing. So cable was great! In fact, I had never used cable with my camper so when I scanned for channels, I only got 3 Chanel’s. I asked the office if this is normal. No! They sent a technician to our camper and they tested and rearranged my wires to get 135 channels!!! Thank you!
Bathrooms and showers are super clean. You have control of hot and cold!
Heated pool is nice. Spacing between camp sites is decent.
Lots of amenities here and right in town.
A little road noise. If you do not want any noise, ask for a site not close to the road. After all, it is the main highway going through town.
Ok and then it happened. The Coronavirus panic! Office closed, store closed. They closed one of the bathrooms/showers. Not the owners fault, but frustrating! This on top of the main grocery store in this town has empty shelves!!!! Sheesh! We are leaving and heading home!

We stayed in RV site #68 with our 30’ motorhome. Space is tight but had nice shade trees, concrete slab, and new picnic table. Location is within walking distance to Moab Brewery and other spots along Main Street. We didn’t use their WiFi because they asked for too much personal info to log on. Besides, we had strong AT&T cell coverage that met our Internet needs. The cable TV service is terrible (snowy analog) that went completely out several times one evening. We would stay here again, but would hope they’d upgrade the cable TV by then.

Spaces are tight. Shady. Friendly. Location is good except the high school football field is right over the back fence where band practice starts at 7:00 a.m.
