There is shade which is great. The bathrooms nice and clean. The creek area is great and the park is very pet friendly. But it is NOT a great place for big rigs. It’s not laid out well. You must circle around narrow roads to get into your spot. We couldn’t exit without waiting for people to use the dump station and another guest to hook up his trailer. All in all a bit too tight to maneuver.

Stayed here March 10-16. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Restrooms were clean and showers had hot water which was great. Easy walk to downtown. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. They gave me cookies! Bathrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained (best yet on our two month trip). Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a couple of nights in September 2017. Our site was nice and shaded, well appointed and easy to get into/out of. We had room (and no extra charge) for our toad and it was easy explore the surrounding areas. A great location, centrally located in the middle of Moab allowed for lot's of exploring local shopping, restaurants and other attractions on foot. Moab Brewery is just across the street and the "City Market" grocery store is less than a block away! A great place to stay while in the Moab area!

Gravel parking lot. Low voltage caused me to sweat all night and did not know reason. $120 later, I now know they were the problem. Contacted them and they didn't care enough to respond. Do not go there ever!!!

Previous 07/04/16: Low voltage kept my A/C from working right and we were up all night sweating. Place is like a gravel parking lot. Clerk was uncooperative.

All the sites are heavily shaded, a great feature on a hot day. We needed a ride to a jet boat and discovered both Taxi companies were not available, the park stepped up and gave us a lift both ways. What awesome service.

Great location if you want to walk to town and restaurants. Well taken care of, bathrooms are clean, each site has trees for shade. Noisy on the weekends because close to main road otherwise just fine

Location, location, location! Perfect location right in town! Walk one block to the City Market grocery store or the Moab Brewery Restaurant, or walk out the back gate to tree-shaded trails leading to the Rotary Park and running tracks. Each site has mature shade trees and rock/gravel around the cement pads--that means no sloshy mid when it rains! Great pool for kids and new washers and dryers. Texaco station in front of the RV park has ice, gas and quick supplies too. Camp managers Ken & Kathy are super people! Best value for full hookups in Moab!
