A bit pricey ($69.99 for FH) & if you go with W/E only site, it’s only $10 less & you only get 30 AMP. But they do honor Good Sam. Nice staff as well. Most FH are pullthrus, easy in & out. A great location for accessing the national park, only 1/2 mile from visitor center. You can also arrange for park tour bus to pick you up at campground. Laundromat clean & not overpriced.

Good campground for accessing Gettysburg battlefield. Sites are close, gravel, level; we had a pull through and full hookup. Lots of seasonal campers. New owners no longer accept Passport America; price is high ($60) for what you get. We travel in a 38’ motorhome with towed.

This is our first RV stay. So far so good! We have a 3 year old so we picked a site that has a nice playground. This one has a lot of features. We are close to the showers/bathroom. They have horses and a pond. Overall it’s been a really good stay. If you have young children that you still need to watch as they play I recommend getting a site close to the playground.

We stayed 2 nights on way from Anchor Down TN to NJ. They gave us site 69, a pull through. Very convenient campground for Gettysburg National Park. We needed two nights to experience the movie, cyclorama, museum, Battlefield and Eisenhower tours ($102 for both of us). Excellent downtown eateries. The campground staff were super nice. WiFi was good. Would stay there again.

Highly recommend. Big lots. Five minutes from Gettysburg Visitor Center (which has RV parking). Good Sam/Passport discounts. Friendly staff. Nice store (sells ice). Horse friendly. Lots of playground spaces. Quiet.

Pro: great location right on historic land next to visitor's center entrance. Pro: rates included tax. Pro: management seems to be adding areas for family events. Park store had rv accessories like sewer hose extensions.
Con: Escapees discount not honored if any part of your stay includes a Friday or Saturday. A lot of long term residents with trashy yards. Young male adults next door setting off firecrackers. Multiple areas of water logged roads. All areas either gravel or grass. Park seems old and generally dilapidated. Felt nervous about personal/property security. Site reserved was not site given. Bathroom shower stalls changing area doors shoulder high, looking out into bathroom area while dressing.
Overall: Wouldn't stay here again to visit Gettysburg unless no other choice.

Very nice campground extremely close to the sights of Gettysburg. Nice laundry and clean restrooms. Always ask about discounts, we paid $30.00 a night using our Escapees membership.

Campground was great. Nice and quiet. People in the store were nice and very accommodating. Offered a good discount for many things including police officer and military. Recommend taking a ride on horseback. It's a little pricey but well worth it. You won't be disappointed.
