Could be a great stop, with a little more maintained to site. This was opening weekend we there for an overnight on our way north. Sites could benefit from gravel added and leveled, we had evidence of a previous sewer hose spill that was never cleaned up.
Staff was friendly and efficient checking in. Lots of recreation options for the season. Many full timers.
I would us I-81 exit 45 for the best access- you do drive through a residential neighborhood to access the park, we didn鈥檛 have any issues with branches but you may want to be aware.

I was very disappointed in this campground. I found the women in the office rude and not interested in accommodating the customer who by the way makes your salary possible. I was put in a to short buddy site and my buddy I did not know sat in front of his camper with a cigar and a radio. He was 15芒鈧劉 from my front door. Our picnic table were literally next to each other. I was only there overnight so I stayed in my camper because it was so uncomfortable outside. I asked to be moved but was told there were no other sites available although I saw many open sites.

This has been a going and coming stop for us every winter/spring. It will be my last. They made $20 on me for an hour early check in (before 2pm) but lost all future business for the sake of that greedy $20!!
The rate is high enough for a 芒鈧搕ired芒鈧 park at $60 a night. The $20 hour early check in fee is robbery. Just the principle!!! My neighbors were shocked as well. They won芒鈧劉t be coming back. So they made $40 on us but lost a lot more in future business

Nothing great about this park except it芒鈧劉s proximity to 81. They use that to their advantage by only booking ONE night on line and offering sites for just one night only. Guess they make more $. Greedy about early arrivals (before 2pm)... charging $20 which is 1/3 of the full site fee for overnight ( no discount) plus they charge $3 book/processing fee. It芒鈧劉s all about the money....and these days with so many RVs they will profit but here芒鈧劉s hoping we all remember when people give up their expense RVing and they need your business!

Stayed for 8 days in June 2020 in a travel trailer. Older, tired park. Gravel roads and Parking. Sites are very close together. Park was about 90% occupied. 80% of those were long term residents with wood porches, decorative plants, insulation, pvc pipe sewage drains. A little loud on weekends with large campfires and late talkers. Rules say no more than one vehicle per site, but that seems to be ignored. Sites are close together. Friendly staff. There are activities for kids, but everything seemed closed still. Bath house was very clean. Seems a little pricey for what it is, but it芒鈧劉s the only game in town for visiting Carlisle Barracks.

To try and be fair, we only overnighted here and did not see the whole campground. The area we were in was a low end permanent housing area with campers setup on blocks, blue tarps held up by pvc and trash scattered around. Will not stay here again.

This is a family style RV site. We stayed at one of the front pull through sites. Plenty of space for our 40芒鈧劉 plus dolly with midsize car on board. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The park is full during our stay.the RV park was very quiet during our stay. Close to Giant Food store. $7 to $9 by Uber. Market had good selection and nice organic section. We got so comfortable we stayed another night. Full hookups 50amp cost us $45 per night.

We liked the place.. clean, friendly and quiet. We only stayed one night, so hard to experience the whole place. Really appreciated the small store. Dustin was helpful and friendly. Would go back. Paid $44 for one night.

Owners and staff are hard working trying to make the park a good experience. Very nice pool and restrooms.
