In the pines, quiet, lots of room between sites, no pool, beauty hot tub, showers, BR super clean, 5 min from town. Really enjoyed Bend, spent 5 days here, golfing at noon, 5 min away, $40 with cart, Lost Tracks.

We only spent one brief night here, but it seems perfectly tidy and quiet. The hot tub wasn't functioning, which was one the reasons we chose this place. The shower was great, my dog liked the off leash dog area, and the wifi worked even at our end spot. The price seems a little high normally, but we pulled in after 6 so the after-hours cost was a bit less. I'm not sure what the deal is with the "exclusivity" factor here- really it's just a well-maintained typical RV park.

I usually don't post reviews on line, but I felt the need to do so after reading the previous entry. Yes, Crown Villa is for the discriminating RVer. That is for sure. I just recently stayed here and it exceeded all of my expectations. The amenities, including hot tub, tennis courts and fitness center are very well maintained. The grounds are impeccable and the staff are always there to help. And yes, there are some rules or policies in place. But they are by no means unwelcoming and more than likely needed to keep everything so well appointed. In fact, I felt very secure that there wouldn't be any late night shenanigans or aggressive dogs walking by my site. I WILL stay here again and I recommend you do the same!

If you are an elitist snob this is THE place for you. Rules are rules and they will enforce them here like Nazis. Don't you dare step out of line in the least. I will never stay here again. After my second night here I was made to feel very unwelcome. Myself and my partner are seniors, like peace and quite and respectful of other people and their space. We are friendly and amicable, but all it takes is some pathetic loser to make an unwarranted complaint and suddenly you are the bad guy and unwelcome. This is a nice, clean, spacious place and the staff was friendly, but apparently they differ to the loud mouth whiners who must be jealous, envious, or otherwise lacking in self worth and have nothing better to do than complain about someone so they can somehow feel better about themselves. Good management knows how to make just judgments and discern the legitimate from the unreasonable.
