We agree with the previous reviewer (so will not report what they said) that this is a beautiful well maintained place in every respect. Yes, pricey but what the heck. We paid about the same in Moab, and that was no where near this nice. Nothing negative to report! Here for 3 nights.

This RV Resort has beautiful tall Ponderosa Pine shade trees. Each site is generous in size, has its own trash and recycle bins and storage shed, and concrete pads with generous parking area and well cared-forlawn. Laundry room has many washers and dryers and was clean and in good working condition. Hot tub was not working when we were there. We felt it was overpriced at $80 per night, but it seemed to be full every night. We stayed for one week in a travel trailer in July. The Ponderosa Pines dripped sap onto our pickup and trailer.

This was our second time staying here, and we’ll stay again. Well maintained grounds, lots of grass around the sites, and very quiet at night.

We have been coming to Crown Villa for many years and always looked forward to our visits. When we called to make a reservation we were told that they were booked up and the only available site was one of their top tier pull-through sites that was $88 a night. When we arrived it became obvious why nothing else was available; it had become a trailer park and not a rv park. There were many permanent residents with skirting around their rigs and many with all types junk outside. People were coming into the laundry with big bags of dirty laundry and taking up most of the available machines. The garbage can at our site was not emptied the entire two days we were there and was full when we arrived. To be fair, the park seemed to be maintained as in the past but it no longer has that special feel it once had. We were on a ten day tour of the California and Oregon coasts and this was by far the most expensive place we stayed. We did not feel that what we paid per night was worth it it to stay in a trailer park. We will not be coming back which is a shame because it was always one of our favorite places.

Stayed here 3 nights. All round, one of the nicest RV Parks I’ve stayed at. Large tile covered parking site. Good size grass area between sites. All the buildings in nice shape. Lot of full grown trees. Looks like it’s been here for quite awhile. Very, very nice. A little on the spendy side, but worth it. PS for some reason most GPS devices can’t find this place.

Really nice park and well maintained. Trash can and storage sheds at your site. Free coffee, hot chocolate. And awesome chi tea. The hot tub was down for repairs but was to be reopened this weekend.

WOW!!! We were trying to escape some of the smoke from the fires up north of Oregon and decided to check out Bend. I looked at the rates here and thought they were a bit too expensive for what we wanted to spend for one night. But I called to check availability and spoke to Hayden who told me if we came in after 6:00 there would be a discount. As if happens we couldn't get there until about 6:30, $40.00 for an AMAZING spot! Big, clean, grass, table and chairs, trash and recycling at each spot. We haven't used any facilities but they all look very nice. Kim and Hayden were so helpful and nice. I would love to stay here longer!!!

I agree with all the previous post. This is the nicest park we have stayed in. Yes there are rules so if you don't like rules stay somewhere else. They have everything that you will need. The laundry facility, the bathroom, and the lounge are by far the nicest of any park we have stayed in. I would recommend this park and would stay here again.

Wow! What a nice park. We live in California, where KOAs are $70 - $90 a night, so for $60, for a "platinum" spot, we felt it was a great deal! Our site was away from the road, quiet, at the end of the row, by the dog park. There's lots of grass, and mature trees. The sites are level, huge, with garbage cans and recycling bins right at your site. The showers were modern, tiled, huge, with lots of hooks, and nice and hot! The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and did everything she could, to make us feel welcome. We didn't use the hot tub, or the tennis court, but they looked inviting. The laundry had plenty of clean, new machines, that can be used with a credit card or coins. This place is really convenient to The Old Mill district, and any shopping you want to do. (The Costco doesn't carry distilled liquor, FYI, but it has wine and beer.) we stayed in a 24 foot trailer, but this place can accommodate anything. We would love to stay here again!
