It is expensive and it is a parking lot but you can’t beat the location. It’s not super easy to get in to but class A’s made it in, as did we with a 31ft trailer. Close to light rail PATH train and ferries to NYC. There’s a weekend ferry that runs from Paulus Hook. Staff interactions were overall positive.

Can’t beat the location. The restrooms and showers are pretty clean
But they could use a little TLC.
Pricey but it’s worth the price considering the location.
I’ll be back!!

Can’t beat the location. Parking lot with water and electric...dump station. Fit our 43 ft 5th wheel! Getting there was a bit hairy so be mindful of the low clearances. Just follow the direction on their website. 7 min walk to the trains/subways...safe and close to liberty park!! Great friendly staff!!

Ok, this is a gravel lot but it is in a prime location, so forget the park and remember you are literally 10 minutes from Manhattan! But- the person at the office was very friendly and helpful. They give you maps and other info about getting to the city. The ferry is literally next door. The sites are fine, plenty of room for our 26 ft motor home. Power at each site, a dump station is on the premises. The rate is as much as Key West ($120). In the neighborhoods surrounding the park there are plenty of very nice cafes to eat at. We would defiantly stay again.

We stayed for a few nights so we could participate in the New York City Five Boroughs Bike Ride. Super convenient as the RV park is only a few blocks from both the Path and the Hudson River ferries to Manhattan. Yes, the RV park is a gravel parking lot, but we had plenty of space for our 31ft motorhome. The bathrooms were clean and the staff helpful. From the park, there is also a nice bike ride to New Jersey's Liberty Park, which has great views of the Statue of Liberty and ferry access to Liberty and Ellis Island.

Great Experience 🙌 We stayed in site C19...Dec 8th-14th 2019....very level...50 amp worked great...no water this time of year.....site had room for our 43 ft coach and Jeep parked in front. We drove to dump and got water mid/week. Laundry worked great....didn’t use the bathrooms. Only took the ferry to NYC once...Prefered the Path train to World Trade Center and then the NYC Subway. Follow directions on website to RV park...no problem. We will be back.....

Do not stay here. We have traveled across the United States and this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. Pulled in our site and ran over a screw, so now we have a flat tire. The staff is absolutely horrible and it seems as if they are on a mission to charge you for everything. They say the sites are 18 feet wide, not true, ours was only 14’. If you’re slides hang over, they charge you. If your vehicle does not fit cross the front of your site, they charge you. If you have a trailer and it does not fit within the lines, $75 per night for storage. Again, the staff is very rude and we have never been treated so poorly by anyone else, anywhere. It’s not worth it, find another place to stay.

It is a parking lot, with water and power, that is adjacent to a working boat yard. Not too glamorous but super convenient to NYC. Lot is level, staff is very nice, including the security guard that is there at night. Local restaurants are close, plentiful and very good. Bathrooms could use some updating but are clean. The proximity to attractions nearby cannot be understated, it really is a great location.
Construction that other reviews mention seems mostly done. Very quiet at night.

So great to be close to the ferry and trains. This place was safe and the night security was helpful. It is basically a parking lot with gravel pads. The shower area was fine and the water was hot. There is one dump and we had to wait at check-out time in a line to use it for a good 10-15 minutes. To get there is hard as its down narrow streets that has lots of bumps and potholes.

Serves it's purpose as a base for visiting NYC. Washroom and showers are fine which will be required for longer stays Understand some limitations. Water and electric hookups are fine. There are no sewer hookups, and the pump-out trailer is broken and seems it has been that way for a while.... conserve your tanks! Internet works across the property but is very slow. Text loads fine but pictures and video are challenged. Accessing NYC is using the PATH trains to WTC or 33rd Street. PATH fares are separate from MTA fares. Or take NY Waterways across the river....convenient to Pier 79 or WTC. Any deeper excursions require lots of walking or a double fare.
