We found this campground traveling south. We were pleasantly surprised at the wooded beautiful surroundings. Full power, water, cable and waste hookups. Management was friendly and helpful. We used the very nice above average bathroom and shower facilities. We would visit and stop here again if traveling in this area.

We have a 44 foot Class A motorhome. Here is my review for Campground at Barnes Crossing. We only stayed one night. We were given a pull through in the front of the campground. The campground was easy to get to and the roads inside are gravel and in good condition. The sites are very narrow and too close to other campers. The site was not level. We had to use several blocks under the tires. There is no good view of anything. Wifi seemed good. Not sure if we would come back, but if we did, we would ask for sites 7 or 8. The office and bathhouse look very nice.

Poor management , will not return phone calls , after leaving two voice messages checking on availability it is apparent this place just doesn’t care . Don’t waste you time here .
Just drive on a few miles and there’s a nice ACE park

Nice campground that is near downtown but you would not know it because it is a very secluded area. We had site #49 and it was level even though it was gravel. We just stayed the night. Did not use showers, bath or washer/dryers. Campground clean and quiet.Stayed in 39 foot Class A with toad. Has cable tv and good wifi. Cash or check only. Would stay again.

Small, quiet , birds, beautiful with a creek and adorable front office. Even horses in the pasture next door . Has 2 washers and 2 dryers, coin operated . Site 50 in the back only needed slight leveling . Close to major stores/Walmart , many restaurants for breakfast , lunch and dinner, gas stations. I did not catch our hostess’ name but very pleasant.

We stayed at the Campground Crossing at Barnes Crossing north of Tupelo. Great easy in and out. Cash only. Near many restaurants or use door dash. Friendly. Met the owner - a guy in his 80s. We had lot 52. Back row. High on hill but each lot level and separated by a wall of decorative retainer blocks. Each site had a picnic table and a couple of lawn chairs. Saved us having to get out ours. You could hear some distant city sounds but quiet pleasant evening. Decent space between and with elevation and wall between it seemed fine. All gravel no grass. Front office was junky with knickknack stuff but otherwise well kept. We’d readily stay here again. It's not a destination but a place to park on your way thru. $53.

Great little campground right in town, but feels like you’re miles away. We only stayed a night while passing through but plan to return next time our travels take us through tupelo area! Fellow campers and office staff equally kind and informative.

Lovely park. Nearby shopping and restaurants. Easy check-in. Feel very safe in the area. Staff very knowledgeable about the area and amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!

We needed a good place for an overnight, this place did not disappoint! Easy pull through sites, good places to walk the pups. Food delivery found is with no problem. Place is very clean and kept in good order. We will stay there again later this year.
