I found the staff very helpful and friendly both when making reservations and upon arrival. I stayed one night with a 30' trailer and had no problems getting in or out. Due to the close proximity of other sites in some cases, it could get to be a problem bas on the length of your rig and the placement of your neighbors. I didn't use their facilities so I can't comment on them. I plan on staying there again on my way home and on other trip through the atea.

I would stay here again. Stayed 3 nights. No credit cards but took my check (I live in MS, about 90 miles away). Paved roads and gravel sites (fairly level and spacious; sites, not roads). Roads are pretty hilly and extreme care must be taken in big rigs. Nearly all sites have shade. All sites have picnic table and nice landscaping. Did not check out the bathrooms that other reviewers mentioned being old or dated. Not a long way from the highway so traffic noise can be heard day and night, at least on the back row where we were. About 1 mile from Barnes Crossing Mall. Many restaurants within 2 or 3 miles. Natchez Trace about 1/2 mile away.

This was a really nice campground. The owners were friendly, the sites were cute and pretty flat, the bathrooms were very clean. I gave it a four instead of five because the bathrooms are a little bit old.

ALERT: Cash only! Site was not level and access to the site was tight. Restrooms were dated but clean. Staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Good shade and wonderful atmosphere. Feels like a state park. All utilities are functional, and well designed. Cable TV carries major networks, and some standard cable fare. Park WiFi is adequate but slows to a crawl at times even though the park had only a few guests when we stayed. The interior roads are paved, but incredibly twisty and hilly. Turns are super tight for big rigs. It takes planning to navigate into and out of some of the parking sites. The entry access turn into the park from the highway is a concern if coming from the south. Plan to do a very wide swing (right turn) to avoid a killer ditch. Arriving from the north (left turn) is not too bad. Overall this is probably one of the best maintained parks that we have found in MS. We stayed here in a 40' bus conversion.

Nice park! Sites are pretty level. Bathhouse/showers old but functional.
Staff was pretty grumpy the day we came in - she was probably just having a bad day.
