Very close to interstate which is a plus for overnight stay. Owners are on site. Very helpful friendly and go out of their way to help you. Would stay again

I would give them 5 except for their proximity to road noise, which is not bad. The people are wonderful. and i woulld stay again.

Nice campground! Very friendly staff. Long gravel pull-through site. Fairly level. Sites were back to back so you are close to your neighbor on one side, with a nice grass area, picnic table and fire ring on the other (entry) side. This was just fine for us.
The road in was not bad. Just go @ 10 MPH. We didn’t use any of the facilities, so cannot comment on them, yet I expect they were nice.
The only negative is the highway noise. We were about as far away as you can get and still in the evening it was loud. It was cold enough that we slept with the windows closed, so we were fine. I wouldn’t have Sewell with the windows open or in a tent.

A really strong 4 star. Flexible and friendly staff as we made the reservation while on the road snd would not arrive until after 9pm. They had all of the info waiting at the office for us, we found our site and slept great. Clean bathrooms and showers were great. Large park, with plenty to enjoy for families. WiFi was ok, but cell coverage was good enough. I’d stay there again.

Great campground. Owners are really working hard to fix it up and grow grass. Very pleasant check in and escort to our spot. Plenty of room for our 40’ 5th wheel and M2 Freightliner. Only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was the washboard gravel road leading into the campground. That won’t stop us from camping here again.

Needed a spot for the night and this fit the bill. Mile long washboard road to the CG was worst part. We were parked quite close to our neighbors but they were fairly quiet. There is a fishing pond and lots of nice grass, dogs loved it. Maintenance was cutting the grass at 7pm in the evening which seemed not very customer focused... annoying after a long day of driving. Close to interstate but not that noisy. Ok park but probably would not stay again unless strapped for accommodations.

Very well maintained cg. Just staying one night in December. Heated water along with dumps at every site. Host even warned us that water pressure is a little high so make sure to use regulator. Site he brought us to looks like newly graded gravel but perfectly level. Would definitely come back.

Very nice CG. Highway noise was not an issue.

Sandy and Dale were very friendly and helpful owners/hosts. Our site was a little tight and not level but prices were very reasonable. Nice scenic lakes/ponds close to sight offering fishing and canoeing. Had a great Cajun restaurant close by (Boudreaux's). Gravel road to get to campground. Close to highway 29 so can be a little noisy at night if you are a light sleeper.

The road in is unpaved, and the pool was out of commission but the hosts were exceptionally helpful and the bathroom/showers were the cleanest we have seen. Picturesque catch and release fishing pond and very reasonable pull-through sites which was perfect for our 1 night stay.
