After a long day traveling and tough traffic in Kansas City we pulled in after hours. The new owner (he said 4 years) came over and checked us in. He was very nice. While the entrance road is not paved (1/2 mile of gravel county road) it is a spacious campground and I would use it again. It appears that the new owner is making improvements. I saw new picnic tables at most sites and new water valves. Great amenities for kiddos.

On our way south on i-29, we decided to forego our previous reservations at a CG that didn't have a pool in favor of this one AFTER calling ahead to make certain the pool was open. Roughly an hour after confirming that the pool was open, we pull in to find it half drained and being worked on. We were able to sit and soak in the hip deep water but that was it. The dishonesty really was not appreciated.
That being said, the pool is a small, kidney-shaped one in a pretty area, and the campground is a pretty one with a stocked pond and several trees. Lots of pull through sites though many aren't very level. Several full-timers, but they seem to be required to keep their sites tidy as there are no unsightly areas. Access is via a half mile of gravel road which is easily enough accessed from the interstate. We have not used the bathrooms or laundry, but both are available.
