Beautiful views and nice sandy beach. Very clean. The grassy sites are very large. The waterfront sites are pretty close together. This campground books up pretty fast. We were fortunate to get in on a cancellation.

Stayed in site # 12 it was level and waterfront. Great view of Lake superior and close to town for pictured rocks tour and other visiting.Nice showers and bath house. Electric and water was good. However, it rained and some of the lower central located campsites flooded. You may need extra long water and electrical hoses so ask before you reserve your site or make sure you bring extensions with you. Try the Muldoon pasty. It was huge and delicious. There are two locations in town. The Fish Basket, a little food truck, served up the best whitefish we’ve had so far. They are one block off the main road and they have a cute dining area set up inside a garage. Check it out!

This is a beautiful campground. Washrooms and showers very clean. Sites are nice and level, with fair number of trees. Watch for poison ivy near the shore.

Staff was helpful, site 100 was almost level without jacks and was well maintained. Campsite is on the lake and close to town. Great view of Grand Island. We really enjoyed it but I think the kids would have gotten bored on an extended stay. WiFi didn’t reach our site. I’d give it a 5* if they had laundry room and pool.

AMAZING!!!! This place is beautiful! Lakefront sites available and definitely worth it. Many sites available with sewer, others have water and electric and some rustic site available. Staff is very friendly. Firewood and ice available

Great campground on the lake. We were only able to get a spot for 1 night but it was a great stopover after boondocking for 4 days at the National Lakeshore. Full hookups we’re nice to reset. If you can plan far enough in advance to get a lakeside spot for several days this is the place to stay!

One of our favorite campgrounds. Beautiful place to RV when the weather is fair. When the wind is off the lake it can be very cold. Great showers and restrooms. Friendly staff.

Great campsite. Arrived with no reservation but got a lakeside site after someone cancelled. Very quiet, very clean. Check in staff very helpful. Wi-Fi is excellent, full hookup site number 93. $41 per night.
