Just a little dusty, and WiFi not as strong as I like, but the service and friendliness of the staff makes up for it! Loved the shuttle to the French Quarter and the view from our campsite. If you are visiting NOLA with your trailer give these folks a chance to impress you. Safe travels!

Yes, France Street is a little rough but they are in the process of repaving it now. WIFI, like with almost all parks, is not terribly useful. However, the RV Park is very nice and spotlessly clean. Each site has a little shrubbery to lend some color. Trash is picked up all day long - just set the bag outside along the road. The office staff are very nice and helpful - if you're not sure what to do they have lots of ideas! The onsite restaurant and bar are great and there is live music on the weekends! The shuttle to the French Quarter is $6 round trip - about a 20 minute ride. We will definitely stay here again!

10/2019 Lots of potholes and pot-lakes to navigate around on foot. Poor WiFi. Very industrial area. Nice bartender and office staff. Very organized. Just need to invest in their infrastructure. Convenient to New Orleans is a plus.

Do not read the reviews on this! The roads were paved recently and during a rain storm had no problem getting in and out with our 43ft with 20ft trailer. Had a great time at on site restaurant and $6 round trip shuttle to Bourbon St if you want a great meal downtown hands down Its Fins $$$$ but the best service we芒鈧劉ve seen in our lifetime! Great resort, great people! Thanks

In spring 2019 we only located 2RV parks when we wanted to visit the 9th ward. This we found out later is under federal jurisdiction & therefore homeland security so there was a measure of safety for our rolling home. However given how new this park is , since Hurricane Katrina, we were surprised how narrow the streets & sites were. Not big rig friendly w/shallow some show sites. They were busy, appeared full so perhaps they put big rigs into smaller sites but we went out at 9PM to move our tow truck for a class A to get in. Please consider : 1) watering or paving the streets 2) placing pet waste stations around park The landscape beauty is buried under a white coating from the crushed limestone streets . It makes it a struggle to enjoy sitting outside or walking ur pet. Please consider a clean up charge , if the departing guests leave dog feces on the site such as ours , 2piles. We appreciated the shuttle service for $6 per person to the French Quarter. The staff I can not say enough about. Very helpful, virtuous& polite never in a rush . We did not use the bathroom but the bathrooms next to the office were clean & well stocked.

The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly, funny and helpful. The road to get to the resort has many potholes. The resort roads are made for gravel and dirt which left us with a dirty coach inside and out. We had a nice view of the water. The shuttle was a great service to NOLA.

We spent 8 nights in a Motorhome with W/S/E-50 Amp. The campground is located on France Road which is very much in need of repair making it a bumpy ride. The sites are partitioned by islands of trees/foliage, mulch and large stones making them snug to walk around with open slides. The utility connections are positioned along the front of the island requiring as much as 20芒鈧劉-30芒鈧劉 of extended sewer hose and support to ensure a gradual flow in reaching the sewage pipe. The roads are dirt/gravel and gets very muddy when it rains but the park does a good job of keeping them graded regularly to minimize mud puddles. We were able to use our DISH Tailgater and cable was provided for TV watching. Although WI-FI is advertised, we were never able to get on the park芒鈧劉s network but had no problem getting our AT&T phone signal. Overall, we give this campground a 芒鈧揊air芒鈧 rating (Three stars) and would stay here again because of its close proximity to Interstate 10 and downtown New Orleans.

Was skeptical due to reviews stating it was in a sketchy area off a rough road. Very pleasantly surprised and ended up extending our stay. Road leading to it is not in the best condition but in no way the horror as described. Park itself is immaculate, with nicely sized sites. Some even have a view of the water. Staff was very friendly and will do their best to accommodate if you choose to stay longer. The office is a mini mart with necessities, alcohol, rv supplies and gifts. There is a restaurant onsite that has quite possibly the best potato salad I have ever tasted. They also serve seafood platters which were also great. For 6.00 per person a shuttle will take you round trip to the French quarter. This place is more affordable than staying at the park in the French quarter with much better amenities. Not to mention it is much quieter.

Best park in New Orleans. New since Katrina and hidden in an old warehouse district on the water. Sites are spacious with vegetation between each site. Low cost shuttle to downtown with convenient times. Great restaurant and bar in the park with awesome live music on the weekend. Cons- WiFi only works within about 100芒鈧劉 of the office. Would be 5 star plus with park wide WiFi.

Great park to visit New Orleans. The shuttle is so convenient. The service here is top notch. Every single employee we interacted with was courteous, helpful and nice. The spaces are tight but fine. The park does have a lot of standing water if it rains and the road coming in is rough. Laundry machines need attention.
