Pass on this one. Rundown and in need of some serious TLC. And we didn't feel safe here. They put the gate code on the voicemail message when you call the park for off hours. They have a gate with a code lock and then leave is on a public message? Wha? Consequently, we had a large group (not campers) come in at 9pm and have a party in the middle of the campground. Went on for hours. No after hours number to call. The park has potential and COULD be nice they just need some improvements and solve their security problem.

Beautiful little park, but needs lots of cleanup! Nature Center is a nice addition.

Convenient to I10 and downtown Lafayette, but it's pretty dirty. We will take showers in a truck stop. We were here on Good Friday through Easter Sunday and the atmosphere was super festive which I didn't mind at all. If you don't enjoy Cajun and creole music and food you might not like the park.

We have stayed here twice & both times the showers burn you and you can not adjust them. This is both men's showers

Pretty park, many trees. Some concrete and some gravel pads.
Electric and water with dump. Farily close to I-10.
Could be cleaned up a litte and be have better lighting but overall very acceptable at a very reasonable price.
We have stayed here twice and plan to stay again.
