We needed a place central to Golden and Boulder for a few days. This is a great spot. Lots were gravel but flat. Restrooms and showers were spotless. There is a nice walking and biking trail next to the camp. Very friendly people and a perfect place in the city. If I have a complaint is that the sewer is about 8芒鈧 off the ground so the flow is up hill even with the slinky supports. You have to help it along. Not a big deal.

If you're expecting a "camp" ground with a camping feel, you need to keep looking. IF, on the other hand, you want a city RV park ran by a kind family who are ready to help you, Nancy and her family do not disappoint. We spent 4 days here and will likely be back next time we have reason to be in the Denver area. Laundry facility was immaculate and the grounds were clean and well kept. Their prices for dumping (free for current campers, of course) are better than anywhere else in town if you need to dump but aren't staying!

What a wonderful place run by the nicest woman, Nancy! I was in a terrible pickle and Nancy saved me - I thought o had booked a campground in Denver but the site was in Tampa, FL eek! And on Memorial Day Weekend- not a site on sight! My stupid mistake was quickly remedied by Nancy kindly letting me stay in her overflow lot. Without her generosity I would have been alone and lost. Thank you to Nancy & all the wonderful people at Prospect RV Park! And it芒鈧劉s a lovely park!

No frills park that is a great price and super convenient to Denver area. We were only there one night to sleep, so didn芒鈧劉t get to use the facilities. The park and paved walking trails next door are something I want to explore next time. Safe neighborhood, quiet residents. The staff were wonderful. We will stay here whenever we come to Denver.

The Bathroom and Laundry facilities are awesome. You get a simi-privet Bathroon with a tolet, sink and shower. good water pressure.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easily accessible to main roadways to Denver, Aurora etc. we stopped just for a couple of nights to visit relatives on our way south to warmer weather.

Contactless check-in was greatly appreciated in today's Covid-19 environment. Space #47 was very level and we really enjoyed the large tree that provided excellent shade! Fantastic clean private bathrooms and showers. Incredibly fast wifi and the campground also has a recycling bin. Yay! Office staff is wonderful. The park experienced an unexpected sewer blockage during our stay that prevented customers from dumping their tanks. Nancy gave us $10.00 to cover dump fees at another location. Now that is great customer service! Close to Denver and 90 minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park.

I spent 1 week here for medical and vehicle appointments. Also visited with friends in the area. I will not repeat what was said in other remarks as they are spot on. However, I'll just add a few additional comments. Access to the laundry area and showers has a coded door lock. Also, the 8 showers have a separate key for each shower room. You will receive the access code and key at check-in. In the laundry there are 6 washers ($1.25) and 4 dryers ($1.25). Verizon signal is 4G with 4 - 5 bars. The WiFi works well and is secure. This will be my park of choice whenever I return to the greater Denver area again.

The RV park is a great location if you are passing through Denver or want to spend some time near the city. Friendly staff (Kathy), clean bathrooms, nearby park, and centralized location in Denver are a plus. The park staff warned me about the very high water pressure (80psi), so I would recommend a water pressure regulator. The water and electrical hookups are on the other side of my trailer which I thought was unusual, but it wasn芒鈧劉t a problem. The park is fairly basic (gravel sites) but it feels safe and I would stay here again. We stayed for 1 night on our way to Ouray, CO.

Advertised as a no thrills park near Denver, but it has more to offer. Although the spaces are moderately sized (just wide enough for a trailer a truck side by side) on a gravel lot, they have very friendly staff, friendly long term residents, and clean showers/bathrooms/laundry. It's near a popular produce market and butcher, but more interesting is the adjacent park with good walking trails, a creek, and 4 different lakes.
