5 stars because they deliver excellently on what they advertise to be. Convenient. It's near Denver and the surrounding areas. It's well kept up and a fair price. Would stay here again.

4 stars is the best I will go for an RV Park that lacks a stellar view, and this for sure isn’t a park you pick for looks, but the people sure are super nice. As many have stated this is a gravel lot design but many spots including ours had concrete slabs as well with picnic tables adjacent to spot. Very convenient and reasonable priced considering your in DenverZ keep your stuff inside though, no gates and we lost a pair of Croc shoes we had left outside overnight!

This is not a picturesque campground. However, it is perfect for the location. Clean facilities and wonderful showers. Very friendly staff. Many full time residents. Everyone was friendly. It is on the west side of Denver. Perfect for us to use it as a jumping off spot on our way to Utah. We only stayed one night, but would highly recommend it for its location and cleanliness.

Options are limited in the summer within the Denver metropolitan area. If you need a place close to Red Rocks this will do the job. The sites are not aesthetically appealing (black gravel, no shade), but our plan was to be out all day. We had to use the dump station also since our site only had water and electric. The restrooms/showers were clean. Prospect park is conveniently next door for a walk/bike/run. Kathy was very friendly and helpful and the rates are very reasonable. Will definitely return for the next concert at Red Rocks.

Clean, quiet, great location. No frills but would definitely stay again. Great on-leash dog walk area adjacent to RV park. Weird bathroom situation but you get used to it.

Extremely nice people own and run this place. Many folks live there full time. The sense of community was sweet. Nice fenced dog area near laundry/office. Wonderful, relaxing park to walk dog or for kids to play... joins property. Make reservations if you can. Phone rings all the time keep trying. Can Uber or take a bus to Denver. Laundry and showers were very clean! Shared bathroom for a family. Not men's/women's facility. Large collection of Books and movies for exchange of yours. I'd stay again.

Dump station had no water available June 2018.

Very clean. Nice people. Cleanest laundry I've ever seen. Huge park with dog walk next door. Near freeway but I could never hear cars at night. Propane refill across the street. Very expensive 250/week.

Nice little park in the middle of the city that doesn't seem like it! Right next to a great city park and green space (the dog loves it!). The people are very friendly and accommodating. The only suggestion I have is to key all the restroom/shower doors to the same key. It is frustrating to have to wait for the one room that you have a key to while the other 7 are unoccupied!

All in all a great little park!

Just used the dump. They charge $10 to dump and an extra $5 if you want to use the water tap! That seems exorbitant.
