First of all the site were were in was nice and spacious but most don’t appear to be. Having a family I wish the dog area was right next to the playground. I would see dogs doing their business where my kids liked to run and play. After that they didn’t play in the grass. The bathrooms are clean. Not well ventedvented so it was hot in there. Also they don’t give you the code until you ask for it and when I needed it I had no way of contacting them as I wasn’t given the after hours phone number. Very nice location and the staff was friendly when I did talk to them.

We were pleasantly surprised. I was concerned by some negative reviews, but we had no issues. True, it is a little tight to maneuver, but not terrible. Our site had nice large cottonwood trees and grass. Nice folks in the office. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Cable would have been nice but not a deal breaker. We would stay here again.

Well run campground. Friendly, helpful staff. They even printed 3 pages that I needed. Lots of amenities. Right in the middle of town... close to just about anything you needed or wanted. That being said... the sites are sooo close we had to disconnect our tow car to get our 43’ motorhome to our site and go back for our car. It appeared that we had to share a picnic table with our neighbor as we were pulled in in opposite directions. Thank goodness they didn’t appear to need to use it. Yes, we would stay here again.

Ditto to the previous review, overpricing for what you get. Very clean showers but very old. Over $50.00 a night for dirt/ gravel sites, no cable television but it appears to be a popular place. Verizon LTE was 3-4 bars.

An average quality park. Closely spaced sites, cigarette smoke from neighbors. Not all level. Ours tilted strongly curbside. OK but overpriced for what you get.

Hands down !!! This is THE ONLY place to stay in Colorado. If you are ANY WHERE even near Loveland RV Resort, make a bee line here !! The best people We have ever met in all our travels work here and/or manage this resort. And IT IS a resort !! Absolutely beautiful grounds, the cleanest of laundry room and restroom/showers. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Nice place, great staff, good location.
Sites are very tight, we had a buddy site and our new buddies were very close. Poor TV, ok internet.
Good place to wait out the eclipse craziness, we will return.

Certainly should take the "Resort" out of their name. Good facilities, (pool, playground, club house, and miniature golf). But limited bathrooms and laundry facilities. The park is filled with permanent housing. Only a few of the sites are nice and are limited to the perms or long term. Most of the sites are very close together. Most sites that do have grass are in terrible shape. A lot of dirt and dead grass (mud when it rains). However it is in a great location for shops, restaurants, etc. If you do stay long term, do not plan on leaving early because there is not refund. My ratings would be: Location-5 star, Facilities-3 star. Sites-1 star.

In the heart of Loveland and so close to your neighbor you could almost reach out your camper window and touch the other camper next to you. This is going on my "never stay there " list.

We stayed here for the new year and found the park to be perfect for our needs. While in mid-summer I can see it would be very cramped, we had several spots around us and found it to be very quiet. I really appreciated the staffs support and effort in making our stay enjoyable. With -10F temperatures the pickup-fill-dropoff propane service made my life very easy! My only gripe was with the philosophy on the electrical post, I use the 30A hookup but plug my water hose heat tape into the 20A. This was not acceptable to them and I was asked to use a drop cord from my rig since they said it would blow the breaker. The electrical post has a 50A plug, so I was quite confused with their understanding of electricity... Perhaps they are just preventing the Griswold Christmas light daisy chain of cords coming out, I can respect that.
