I have mixed feelings about this place. We stayed only one night so didn’t use much of the amenities. Showers were too far away to use conveniently. This place is huge. Sites very close together. In fact, our neighbor had dog fencing so we could hardly sit outside because we faced right into their fenced area and it smelled like dog urine. I’d like to give it a three for this. Garbage pickup at your site in the morning. Lots of seasonal folks and it seems like the short timers are crammed together. But it served its purpose. It is close to the mountains and reviews for other RV places are not good. If you stay for a longer period ask about your accommodations first.

Beautiful and we’ll maintained. Quiet despite being a short distance from I-25. Only issue was our site wasn’t quite level and our front wheels came off the ground slightly. I’ve had worse. Definitely will stay here again.

Well, I left a review a week ago, but because of continued AC problems in our motorhome we had to return to Loveland for 4-more nights. Again, the office staff was all anyone could ask for. They seriously were. We did not have AC for those 4-days and it was HOT as Hades, as in high 90's as a result we had to hang out in their awesome common room or whatever they call it. It is a nice large community room with sofas, chairs, tables complete with a variety of puzzles people would work on from time to time. That room also had several electronic games for the kiddos. On Wednesday nights they have a great jam session in the room from 7pm till....well till the old folks have to go to bed. :-) They also have a large CLEAN laundry with all the machines working. We simply cannot say enough positive things about this RV Resort.

Let me state a few things in advance: We were stuck in Loveland with a broken Air Conditioner in our Class A motorhome. The repair shop had to order parts, we had to have an RV Site for an undetermined length of time. When the Repair shop told us that had to order a part that would take 7-days to arrive then another day to install the part we had to find a campground. We drove through every option. Loveland RV Resort was the only one we would have stayed in. The rest were full of very old and messy Full Time Permanent TT's. Loveland RV Resort has great wifi, level sites, and the best shade imaginable which in late July is a triple bonus. We ended up staying 11-days and were so thankful for their hospitality. The front desk ladies could have been owners for all we know. They were absolutely super to work with. In addition, Loveland RV Resort has LOCATION. Very close to everything. One last thing, we are not Weekend Warriors, we stay in RV Parks 6-plus months a year and have for the past 21-years.

Great place to RV and close to Rocky Mountain NP. WiFi was fine, pool was refreshing and Bathrooms, showers and laundry were immaculate. I gave this 5 stars because I selected a Premium site which was big enough for my 38 foot trailer and two other vehicles with room to spare. So for me this was a 5. But per other reviewers, the regular sites were tight and you share your front yard with your neighbor.

The good: Great area to eat out or shop. The ugly: Sites are dangerously close together, in gravel parking lot. We were packed in so close our slides almost touched our neighbors. Busy highway nearby is loud even with a white noise machine. They do no give refunds for early departure despite the poor conditions.

Campground was clean with a nice playground for the kids and dog park for our dogs. It’s right in a very busy and loud road. We were unaware that they would be refinishing all of the paved areas during our stay. Wish someone would have warned us. We had to move our truck several times and then park at a site 3 down from our own for 2 days. We couldn’t even sit outside because of the overwhelming smell of asphalt. Then when we decided to leave a day early they refused to refund us for the entire last day. They gave back a portion but charged us for our children. We probably won’t be back here.

We have stayed here several times in the last couple of years. The three things we like most are: location - near major shopping malls, 10 minutes from down town, 20 minutes or so from all three Loveland golf courses, hospital & medical center; friendliness staff; large cottonwood trees and cleanliness of the park. It’ seems a bit pricey until compared to the other options around Loveland. The negatives are: a bit of traffic noise depending on where you are; closeness of regular sites; no grass at regular sites although there is quite a bit of a park like area by the office. I cannot comment on the facilities because we don’t use them. I gave the park a 5 because of the location. Without the location it would be a 4. If you want a more rustic experience I suggest the parks west of town.

We stopped here for two nights as a utility stop. We were traveling cross country and needed a stop to change the oil, do laundry, shop etc. This Park was close to all the places we needed to go. The people running the place are awesome, they would do anything to make your stay the best. My only reason for the 3 star rating is in the area we stayed the RV's are opposite each other, meaning one pulls in one way and the other the opposite direction. This means your doors are opening to the same area. You must share a table (very odd) and this means there's no privacy if you want to sit out and relax, the neighbors are right there. They do have some premium sites that have more room and some grass and the neighbor is not right there in your face. Had I known I would prefer one of these sires. Anyway we got everything done and moved on. Would I return? Yes but in a premium site.
