Great for passing through. Level gravel sites, clean bathrooms, quiet. Several permanents. Site 66 is good, on the end of a row so only one neighbor. Ag field roads adjacent for walking. Would stay again.

Great overnight spot. Clean bathrooms/shower. Pool. Laundry. And surrounded by groves that smelled heavenly. Easy off I5 but very quiet. We will be back.

The place is dirty with no grass, weeds everywhere. Incompetent staff if you can find them. Who are they definitely overrated and overpriced.

just gravel pads with hockups. we parked at site 53, smaller site, paid $40.The usual site is $55, which I thought was on the expensive side for the condition of the park. The up side: the park is right besides an orange grove, juicy fruits and nice walk.

Perfectly fine place to pull in for the night, especially if you don芒鈧劉t need any of the amenities. The sites are long and level, although a bit narrow.

Does the job for a stop over for the night. Irene was very pleasant at check in. Very minimal road noise. Although I didn芒鈧劉t use, the pool & bathroom looked clean.

Price is right:$40
WiFi not working. Spaces tight
Clean but needs some TLC.
Good place to get off I-5 (or as Californians say 芒鈧搕he 5芒鈧)

$40 a night with discount. Full hookup. WiFi not working, no signal not even next to antenna. Park could use some general upkeep.

It's ok for an overnight stop! No cable but does have local channels. We did not use the restrooms or WIFI. It was worth the $40.00 we paid for the night. The spots are long and gravel. No grass and it was raining while we were there so it was very muddy

Satisfactory. Everything works including pretty good WIFI. Old but clean and functional. Not a Resort but good enough for overnight or as base for nearby locations.
