Nice park with friendly staff. Paved roads and paved wide spots. Very enjoyable

Nothing fancy, but we enjoyed our stay here. 2 swimming pools which were very appreciated due to the heat wave during our stay. Very kind and friendly staff.

Good spacing, all full hookups. Easy access to freeway. Not many stores nearby. Lots of almond trees

Voltage, water, WiFi all were excellent. Best WiFi I have had anywhere. Sites are 10-15 Ft apart. All pull thrus. West of I-5, most nights you are upwind of highway noise. Gas station next door. Would stay here again if traveling through.

Ok for overnight but certainly wouldn't want to stay longer. Lots of really old, run down units in for the duration. Many units covered in bird poop that you could tell had been there awhile. Really wondered what was going on at check in when there were four "mug shots" of people with their names saying they are NOT to be in the park, yikes! Several dogs out running loose. I don't believe we used the showers, I think if we had they would have been memorable!

This is a great little stop along the freeway with easy access and big rigs with toad will appreciate it. Friendly and professional managemnt/owner. Pet friendly. An added bonus: Enjoy the walk through adjacent pistachio and almond tree grove. We enjoy the charm of small independents and this is a winner. We did not use facilities bathroom or laundry. Pool was closed. All hook ups in good working condition. General appearance: could use some maintenance.
