Ok for a quick overnight stop but I will never stay here again. We stayed here for several months for a job. They have 14 washers for 600+ people and 4-7 of them are broken all the time. The sites are so small. It芒鈧劉s basically like a parking lot. You have zero privacy or space. Most of the people staying there are long term stationary. They have dumpy, cluttered yards and think it芒鈧劉s ok to walk through your site. A big dead bird sat in the road for several days until I flagged down one of the 芒鈧搈aintenance芒鈧 workers and asked him to pick it up. Our spot was next to a large, loud electrical box. We could hear it even with the windows closed. Our neighbors were outside swearing and yelling at each other daily. They even had the cops called on them for hitting someone芒鈧劉s property. If you like a trashy trailer park vibe then you芒鈧劉ll be happy here.

Lots to do, friendly, BUT I absolutely HATE the 芒鈧揵uddy芒鈧 sites. This is where every RV faces a different way so your patios/doors are facing each other. There is no real 芒鈧搊wn芒鈧 area, it芒鈧劉s mostly shared. So all noises are amplified and you hear everything. I can芒鈧劉t have my door open without listening to them talk and their music or outdoor tv.

Good place. Large Snowbird resort with an area for nighters. Level gravel lots. Helpful staff. No Internet or Cable. Baths are modern, but I hAd no hit water for the shower today.
Will stay here again.

Fairly easy to get to once off I-10. Park very clean with level pads. The "follow-me" was great...give him a raise! We were only here one nite, so we didn't get to see much of the park. Restaurants and stores close by...a big plus. I'd give 5stars, but no cable. Definitely stay here again.

Do not try to get to this park on side roads, road ends! Stay On interstate 10 to reach .

Typical desert RV Park. Clean. Good HU芒鈧劉s. Sites very close to one another. Set up so that your neighbor is on same side as your living area.
I芒鈧劉d rate it higher but for this all to common theme... the place is less than half full and yet, within 30min of setting up, they put another rig right next to me. There芒鈧劉s just no reason for this foolishness.
This is ok for a brief stop along the interstate.

Stayed for one night. Driving 41 foot MH with toad. Nice place and friendly people. All spaces are pull through. Nice dog run. I would give it a five star if it had cable tv and internet.

Stayed for 1 night. We arrived after the office closed, but were greeted promptly and taken to our site. It appeared to be very clean park. We would stay here again during our travels.

The people who give this park a five star do not understand rating. It is clean, easy to get to, close to anything you might need with a pool and ample activities. It is also near the interstate and several Mega factory dairy farms. The sites are way too small in width. Easy pull throughs but no living space. A solid three star. DTB

We stayed for four nights. Made reservations over the phone several months in advance. It is very nice well run. Typical of the area. Hardly any noise from interstate 10. All around Arizona the water tastes awful. They have a vending machine water refill station that was handy. Office has an essential store inside. Very clean nice handy place to stay.
