Very nice open park. Here in the heat (103 in July 2017 degrees) and no shade which is typical.
The bathrooms, showers facilities were exceptional.
We stay here two times, each just for one night but for sure next time we will stay longer to visit Buckeye area.
Staff are very friendly and a shoutout to Robin. She was very accommodating.

Great RV resort with plenty of options and activities! The restrooms, which have shower area, are clean and well maintained . I know some have listed noise issues but honestly haven't heard any loud noises. The town of Buckeye has plenty of shops and restaurants or a quick drive offers more in Goodyear. If you want even more options head into Phoenix area which is only about 20 minutes away by freeway. We will be coming back for a much longer stay!

Impressed upon entry. (Even before that, well-signed from freeway.) Orderliness is evident from the time you turn into the driveway. Nice staff. Nice spaces (although not much separation). Services worked fine. (No cable TV, but Phoenix is nearby for over-the-air.) They advise calling to reserve, since they're near capacity at all times. (Office closes at 5:00, but after-hours registration is pretty easy.)

Level, packed in, showers and laundry very clean. Lots of activities for adults, probably not great for young children. Quite a few seasonals but friendly. Next to I 10 so constant highway noise. Nice dog run with three sections, even some grass.

Not a bad place. We were just passing through and arrived after dark. Stayed one night. Staff was great and very helpful getting our rig parked at night. Leonard should be employee of the year!
