For Pilot Travel Center: Do not recommend. It鈥檚 the smallest pilot I鈥檝e ever seen. If you use diesel you can get into the truck pumps but if you have regular gas there鈥檚 a good chance you won鈥檛 be able to get in because it鈥檚 so small. We ended up leaving without getting gas

For Pilot Travel Center: If you HAVE to get gas then stop. If you don芒鈧劉t then don芒鈧劉t! Very chaotic entrance and exit! Very slow pumps for gasoline! Not good!

For Pilot Travel Center: Not bad in and out. Several dips in parking lot芒鈧�漵o go SLOW. Busy place. Diesel pumps easy to access, gas pumps for RV芒鈧劉s could be more challenging. Be sure to use SECTION driveway to enter.

For Pilot Travel Center: The other reviews are accurate that this is absolutely no place for RV! Don芒鈧劉t come here unless you have to. Truck friendly but not for Rvs. Subway good and food store and bathrooms good. After we got gas there芒鈧劉s no place to get out as trucks getting gas block all lanes so we had a tow and had to back up and turn around. This pilot should not be on allstays app!

For Pilot Travel Center: This Pilot is easy on/off. We were here twice on a trip in May 2019. Both times it was extremely busy. The parking layout is a little backwards and disorganized, but manageable. There is a Subway inside. It was fairly clean and the sandwiches are good. Staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. This Pilot seems designed more for a trucker and not for families pulling travel trailers or RVing. But this stop did the job: we filled up diesel, DEF, used the facilities, and got lunch. Wish they had some shaded outdoor seating, but that芒鈧劉s a big ask! We ended up driving 10 miles up the road to a nice rest stop in the Smokies and eating our Subway there. (We have a dog and it was too hot to leave her in the car).

For Pilot Travel Center: This pilot is a bad excuse for a pilot it is a dump. Employees act if they don't care. Matter of fact they have no social skills except the media on face book it seems. Fuel island is a disaster. No coffee in any pot. I will not stop at this pilot again. I can see why there are no comments on this place. "All have to be approved before posted" bet this one will not be posted either.
