For Pilot Travel Center: I travel full time and have become a loyal Pilot customer. I芒鈧劉m excited every time I need to stop and there芒鈧劉s a Pilot near by. Always clean bathrooms, clean store & friendly staff. Until tonight....The bathroom had TP strolled everywhere and every toilet seat was FILTHY along with the floors. Store looked OK even tho finding the staff was like a scavenger hunt. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! The parking lot was near empty and only 1 other person getting gas during my 30 min stay. No way I would stay any longer much less trust the showers.... This is clearly pure laziness. Management needs to wake up.

For Pilot Travel Center: Very clean and well stocked. Super friendly staff (Diana was especially nice). Easy on and off I-64.
