For Pilot Travel Center: Waited 20 mins for bead sticks at the pizza hut just to get down the road and find them burnt. Payed good money and wasted 20 or more minutes of my time just to throw them away.

For Pilot Travel Center: regular gas pumps are tight and only pump 75$ at a time. Was hoping for better access, not big rig friendly if pumping regular gas. Hauling a toad too.
