For Parma Travel Center: Rude staff, dirty bathrooms, shower floors are cracked and you feel like you're going to fall through the floor. There is mold/mildew around the cracks in the shower floors. The Burger King is the saving grace. And that's not saying much. Do yourself a favor and keep going up the highway to Loves in Marshall which is clean and maintained.
