For McNeill Travel Plaza: Run down place in a field. Looks abandoned and only has one gas pump on the right hand side. Didn't even bother to go inside.

For McNeill Travel Plaza: They worst place there is to stop. Nasty dirty restaurant. Bathrooms where stinky and unless you buy something they wouldnt let you use it
