One of the Diesel pump out of order.
Store is crowded with merchandise so it is difficult to stand in line. Only one register can process deisel fuel transactions. That register had a great deal of difficulty processing a transaction with a pilot gift card and then putting the remaining amount on my personal card. It took 4 tries to run my transaction. They had to get the manager over to help out. What芒鈧劉s worse is the whole time this is happening there were boxes on the floor in front of the card reader so you had to stand to the side and twist your body to insert the card. Since it took about 15 to twenty minutes to do the transaction my back started to hurt. I explained to the manager how it made the transaction difficult, all she said was 芒鈧揾mmm.芒鈧 No apology, no I芒鈧劉ll move those right away. This place is not proud of their store or their customer service.rutyl
