For Yesway 1116: I frequent the store every single day 3 or 4 times a day. Cashiers are always very helpful stores decently cleaned have never really had a problem in the store until today. I spend a lot of money there,I called in ahead of time to order 25 chicken wings to be cooked which I do three times a week and was told that the fryer is down because it made the store to Smokey to cook, and the cashier said the foods always cook before she gets there. I believe all the cashiers should be trained to cook. Which I know they are she just didn't want to cook it because I went into the store and there was still food coming out of the kitchen that the fryer had to be used.She should have never lied. The truth would've avoided this negative review. I am a certified kitchen manager through the stay of ks. If you didn't want to cook it cause you think it makes your store to Smokey then I'll be in touch with your regional manager to see if they can get the store a better filtration system. But when I went in 10 mins after I called I didn't see smoke of any kind. Sorry yes way she cost you about $400 or more a month my son won't be going back either
