For Flying J Travel Plaza: Wish I could give this nasty place zero stars. Went in to use the restroom. There was feces and wet toilet paper all over the floor from toilets backing up. The commode I was using was broke or not bolted to the wax ring. No soap in the dispensers. When I went to tell the manager at 7:10 am on 4/21/21 and said to stop cleaning showers and clean your damn nasty bathrooms. She informed me that they only clean them when customers tell them there芒鈧劉s a problem. It芒鈧劉s not the paying customers duty to tell you that you芒鈧劉re a poor manager to get your employees in the bathroom and clean it every 30 minutes. I was told not to be rude. That no one told her it needed to be clean. And that they are out of hand soap so it芒鈧劉s not her issue. It is your issue!?!?! If I owned this place you would be fired asked to leave and don芒鈧劉t even shop here every again. To top it off and I芒鈧劉m no pro mask guy, and hopefully it芒鈧劉s over soon. But take the mask mandatory sign off the door cause no employee had one on. This BY FAR is the nastiest FLYING J. Huddle House had have the lights on. Half the tables not ready. Employees and cooks playing on their phones at the bar area. NO CUSTOMERS AT ALL. And cash only sign plastered on every door and entryway. Totally sketchy there as well.
Ive ever been in and I芒鈧劉ve been in at least 90% of them. It芒鈧劉d be cleaner to pop a squat in the parking lot. WOW!!! Called customer service gave her my statement and I could hear her typing.... long pause. She say ok I got that sent across for you. No sorry we were nasty oh that horrible. Nothing!!! I芒鈧劉ll start spending my money at TA and independent truck stops. 冒鸥陇庐
