For Fort Myers RV Resort: We read several bad reviews for this park but it was the only park in the area that had spaces available after nearly a dozen calls to other parks. But we have been pleasantly surprised on how nice it is. The spots are more spacious than most and the RV park is very well maintained. We have to agree, being right next to Hwy 41 creates noise but you can drown that out with a radio, tv, or air conditioner. There are many activities and most everyone is friendly. They have a band on most Wednesday evenings and breakfast and dinner meals occasionally. They do show pictures of the canal next to the park in their brochure but you have virtually zero access to it except for the boat ramp on the car south end. The laundry and rest rooms are very clean. The pool is one of the better pools for an RV park that we have experienced and probably the best one in a park with this price point. Staff members are friendly and very helpful. We will return next year. We discovered that most of the bad ratings with this park were from people who wanted an overnight spot or weekend stay with the best location to all the amenities.

For Fort Myers RV Resort: If you want to feel like you are on the racetrack at Daytona, this is the place for you. I reserved a spot for one night and was put by the highway far away from showers and laundry. I asked for something closer and was told no. As I trekked to the showers, I noticed there were many many open spots. I didn芒鈧劉t wash clothes because there was no way I could haul my clothes that far on foot. The noise from the highway was horrible.
On top of that, the hookups were on opposite sides of the site making it impossible to hook up to electric, water, and sewer at the same time.
I definitely do not recommend this place. Don芒鈧劉t waste your $60 if you芒鈧劉re interested in a night or two.
