For Shady Brook Camping & RV Adventures: Friendly people, beautiful area. We had an electric only site. We arrived late and got their last spot. Had to use 4 wheel drive to get into and out of our spot. The roads going in are gravel and the park is literally on a hillside. Our spot was not level but we were only staying one night so didn芒鈧劉t worry about it. There were fireworks going off half the night and parties right next door in the cabin. Looks like a weekend destination for folks from Des Moines maybe? I probably won芒鈧劉t stay there again.

For Shady Brook Camping & RV Adventures: No frills stopover on I80. Arrived just after dusk and the very friendly guy had me follow him on his ATV to the back-in spot. Plenty of highway noise but that is to be expected for the location. Only complaint is a circuitous routing on dirt roads to get from the interstate exit to the site.
