For KOA Holiday Port Lavaca Matagorda Bay: If I could give negative stars, I would. I have NEVER experienced such piss-poor customer service in my life. I booked the reservation several months ago for a 9-day stay based on the pictures on the KOA app, drove 1,600 miles to get there, and showed up to a parking lot with no trees. The clerk behind the counter gave us an hour to decide whether to leave or stay, and then a small little man came out and suggested we leave since it was obvious we weren芒鈧劉t impressed with the sites. Since it芒鈧劉s coming up on the 4th of July weekend, I wasn芒鈧劉t sure about being able to get another site, but we took our chances and left. Now, I have to find another place to take my family on short notice over a holiday, but at least that worthless place won芒鈧劉t get a penny of my money. Do not trust the pictures on the website. It is the most blatant case of false advertising I have ever seen.
