For Bluebonnet RV Resort: We stayed here in the summer, their off-season. It鈥檚 name is changing to McAllen Mission RV Resort. It is also changing from 55+ to a family campground.
We enjoyed the peace and quiet. There were maybe 2 dozen others here, but they still had activities: bingo, etc. Laundry was a bargain at $1.25 for either a washer or dryer. Gated community. Having an indoor pool was a plus. Mission is far enough from the commercial areas of the Rio Grande Valley that a drive to the local Walmart or H-E-B was easy. Joanne, the manager, answered all our questions and was always available
