For Sandy Creek Family Campground: Very nice, very quiet campground backing up to Stone Mountain SP. Property very clean and well maintained with large field for older kids and play area for younger kids. Lots of games and equipment for groups too. Small stream for soaking or wading with kids. Perfect for families and youth groups. Restroom clean and well maintain. Mowed trail from the campground connects to single track trail into the park trail system. We hiked it everyday. Very nice and convenient. Owner very friendly, helpful, and very available. Loved this campground.

For Sandy Creek Family Campground: This is a beautiful and well maintained campground by Barry the owner.
We found this campground to be very clean and neat.
It took us a little over 1 hour to hike to the view side of Stone Mountian as Barry maintains a path that joins the trail to the mountain. The trails were well marked and joined the 芒鈧揗ountains To The Sea芒鈧 trail.
We would highly recommend this site as it is very quiet and exactly what we want in a campground.

For Sandy Creek Family Campground: Spacious well maintained sites. You can park your rig however you wish. Bathhouse was small but adequate and clean. Great WiFi. No sewer hookup but there is a dump station. Great escape in a very peaceful and quiet place with a creek running through it. It is a trek off the road but well worth it. Close to Stone Mountain hiking trails. Great price. No cell 3/4G service.

For Sandy Creek Family Campground: I would rate higher but not enough stars! We loved this campground and Barry the owner was very friendly and kept the rest rooms and showers very clean. Cleaner than most larger corporate campgrounds. Price is very affordable. Only a 12 minute easy hike to the lower falls on stone mtn state park. Definitely will be staying again
