For Four Oaks RV Park: Only $20 a night. Water and electric. Bathroom code is available at the park and recreation office a few blocks away. Dump station here. Also next to city golf course. Use the toilet in your RV this one is like a stainless steel prison toilet.

Alaska-Travato
For Four Oaks RV Park: Small close to highway but water and power worked for $20/night. Has bathrooms but they were code locked.
Do not know how to get code.
Also has bike only tent camping.
