For Brooks RV Park and Campground: The place is a bit rustic, but the location is good for Churchill Downs and many bourbon distilleries. The manager is very friendly. This is a no frills place, but good for a couple nights to see the sights. Stayed in a 45' class A.

For Brooks RV Park and Campground: I should have read the reviews first. The place is a 芒鈧損it芒鈧�. Train definitely is noisy, grounds were rocky and unmaintained. Mostly permanent residents. People were friendly and told us it was under new ownership and that an 芒鈧搖pdate芒鈧� is planned.

For Brooks RV Park and Campground: Mobile home park being converted into an RV park. Sewer system is backed up and the smell is awful. Grass is higher then the dogs are tall. Staff is nice but maintenance is lacking. Very noisy with train track, cement plant, and jets flying overhead.

For Brooks RV Park and Campground: This is a rundown mobile home park which is being turned into an RV park. I can get past that because the people all seemed real nice and they had the best internet I've ever used at a park. However, train crossing twenty feet away so in addition to track noise it blows it's horn as it passes. And jets flying into Louisville pass right overhead as they prepare to land. So noisy that it was impossible to sleep. Planned on staying 5 nights but only stayed two.
